Horrible way to run a business. Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, pepperoni on the whole pizza and half of it with sausage.... We live 20-25 mins Away. Get home with it being opposite of what I ordered, and reason being is my husband seen they all are toobusy watching Sponge Bob on a huge flat screen TV in back of store, all employees standing around, one in a chair. They don'ttake the time to pay attention to the order ticket obviously. Someone needs to go into this place and pay them a visit viacorporate at 226 W. Broadway Gallatin TN location. Read more

The Papa Johns Location off Broadway in Gallatin, TN. I placed an order at 8:15 and was told they?d deliver it in 2 hours. I... waited 3 hours. I tried calling numerous times. I even called to check on the status of my order. The call center told me it hadbeen picked up. I NEVER received our pizza. No one EVEN CALLED or picked up the phone. Terrible customer service by ?manager?. The team member I was talking with was a better representative and very... professional. Door Dash delivered incorrect order because PJ made mistake. PJ would not correct order and made no attempt toright the wrong. Was told to ?do whatever you want? with the pizzas that were delivered. Rude! Buyer beware! Read more
The pizza here is always dry or burnt, sometimes both. Not sure why some reviews are saying the pizza here is the best in the... area, because the quality here is severely lacking. You're better off taking some cardboard and covering it with sauce andcheese, because what you'll get here is almost never any better. Read more

Ordered an extra large regular crust pizza with 4 meat toppings. I selected extra meat. There was very little meat toppings and... no black olive. It has been a year since the last time we ordered.
