I was given one half of an order of Eggs. The eggs were literally cut in half! A simple request for me to "pull ahead" while... they make more eggs would have been appropriate. I arrived to work in the ER, pulled out my breakfast, and had a nicely "cut" inhalf order of Eggs. I called and the person on the line stated they were "sorry"!- This is not the first time, but today Icalled. Burned English Muffins, I could give a list. It is 3 blocks from my front door and convenient as hell, but check yourorder before you drive away, because there is a good chance you may be surprised by something in your bag! The workers I've experienced have limited social skills. Advertise they are open online but often have doors locked. Charge... extra for sauces...really. This environment must be reflective of ownership. Does anyone else ever wonder why/how Chick-fil-Acan manage kindness and helpfulness from their employees but McDonald's seems satisfied underperforming in these areas? Would bea priority fix if it mattered to them. I don't recommend this particular place. Read more
This location is horrible at ringing up/making the correct food/bagging or all 3. Make sure to have them repeat your order.... Double check your bag. It's pointless to order an A, B, C, or D for your sandwiches because they'll charge you for the mostexpensive and give you the cheapest version every single time. McDonalds: Train your employees. This particular McDonalds is notorious for leaving out items in drive through orders. I've been to this location on different... days but always during lunch hours. they will tell you to pull forwards to wait for your order and promptly walk off before youcan even check if you have all your items. 1st world problems but frustrating to have to either pull around or walk in just toget what would have been easily avoided with a double check before handing out the order. take your time before you drive awaywith this place. Even though they almost forgot one of our fries, I'm here to give them 5 stars. BECAUSE THE FRIES WERE AWESOME. Most of the... time, the fries at fast food places are soft/soggy and way over salted. These were crispy and did not have too much salt, foronce. Very good. Read more
Pics ( empty cup is a large, clear with coffee is correct order, third is straight black) I ordered on the app a large iced... coffee with a few changes(2 shots pumpkin, 3espresso shots). First time they gave me a medium but it was made correctly. And Ithought hey they are a we bit busy let me drive around and see if they will fix it. The second time they gave a medium hotplain black coffee. I parked and called they said well I put the stuff in there that you requested and they didn't then theperson said who wants to talk to her I did it correctly. A manager got on with an attitude and said that it was rung up Ipolitely offer to show my mobile order receipt and all the sudden they said oh yeah its a large pumpkin latte 3shots espresso2shots pumpkin and milk. And said that's what we gave you that. Messed up my order multiple times, had an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected, had me wait over 20 mins then asked what... was I even waiting for because they forgot about me. Took my receipt to fix order & STILL messed my order up & they never gavemy receipt back. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get it resolved & they said too bad so sad basically that myreceipt was taken & asked could I bring the food back, why would I keep food for over a day ??? plus my burgers were raw. nevergoing back. Got my lunch today around 1pm and they charged my card twice. Called them and said that I needed to call my bank and make a... dispute with them?
