Longhorn steakhouse as a whole is consistent across the region and I appreciate that. This particular longhorn steak house... location had excellent service from the time that I walked into the door until the time I left. I came in at around 8pm on aMonday; which I believe to be a time and day where you can expect things to be messy, but at this longhorn location they werenot. I only waited about 30 seconds for a hostess to seat me in a kind and quick manor. I did however, wait for around 10minutes before being tended to by a waiter. Which given the time and and busyness of the restaurant I believe to be acceptable.The hostess noticed me still without a menu and promptly came to give take a drink order from me and get me squared away. When Idid meet my waitress finally she was very kind and very attentive and made up for the initial wait period. I ordered the shrimpfor an appetizer and I enjoyed it. It is a huge dish that I believe to be very fairly priced. It could easily feed 2-3 adults. Ithen ordered the cowboy ribeye and a side of lobster tail. Both of these items were just ?okay?. I was not at all impressed withthe $11 lobster tail addition. Nonetheless I do believe it was on par for a chain steakhouse in Tennessee. It was not bad, itwas cooked right, but I just would not order it again. The bone in rib-eye was also cooked correctly and tasted great, but itwas not priced correctly for the quality of meat. Drinks were good and fairly price, Service was well above expected, and thefood was good. All in all I would eat at longhorn steak house in Gallatin again, but I will be trying dishes that are moresimple to perfect. Read more

Food was great! Service was even better. French onion soup is as good as you'll find. Really like the spicy chicken bites for an... appetizer. Salmon is always my go to for an entree. Really enjoyed our visit here! Read more

We Love Longhorns so much, we went back twice within a 2 week time frame and duplicated this same meal as a to go order. I... didn't get a picture of my favorite appetizers. The chicken bites and parmesan stuffed mushrooms are A Must!! Our steaks wereperfect. I can honestly say as much as we travel or try different restaurants locally this place has Never messed up a steak!!Ever, we also tried Flo's filet mignon and lobster tail!! A new favorite. We love Longhorn! We went across the road to Logans last week and regretted it. There the service was extremely slow, the steak... was full of fat and gristle, the broccoli was mushy and we paid more! Not so at Longhorn! The service is very quick andfriendly, food came out quickly and everything is nigh on perfect! Steak thick, tender and juicy, the bread was hot and fresh,the broccoli was almost crispy (perfect) and the prices are reasonable. Read more
