Took 7-10 minutes to be greeted by host, another 5 to be seated though they weren't busy. Spinach dip was gross. Tasted like... cheddar broccoli soup for some reason. Waitress forgot the toppings on my steak. My medium steak was well done. My husband'smedium rare steak was so disgusting. He said he's had better steak at waffle house. Do not come here. We stopped in for supper and were greeted warmly. There was one server taking care of customers. We gave our order and wait time... was equal to competitors. I had 6oz sirloin medium rare. Made order through door dash. Placed order for steak and mushrooms, sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, green beans and... rolls. Order arrives as pictured. They were so kind to add receipt paper to be peeled off my steak along with a glob of what Ihope is mashed potatoes. No mushrooms, silverware or any other request. When I called to let management know, the lady whoanswered just hung up the phone on me. I don?t typically do this and was just looking for an apology and that the staff would benotified that this is not how to send out food. Instead I get hung up on. Worst Logan's I've been to. Service is absolutely awful, not only because they're shorthanded, but also the employees that are... there aren't attentive. Took ages to get seated (despite the restaurant being empty) and then took over half an hour to receivefood. Our cups stayed empty and the milk my child got was spoiled. We ate here on Veterans Day at 4:15 & wish we hadn?t. While I really appreciate them honoring Veterans, his meal was room... temperature at best. But that falls to our waitress. She couldn?t remember anything or who got what! They were just coming out &asking our section who got what plate!! I asked for rolls 3 times, got them when I paid for the meal! My son was supposed tohave garlic bread but got burnt toast! DIRTY PLASTIC GLASSES! Throw them out! Little late don?t you think! Not sure if she wasstoned or just having a bad day!
