This is the worst Little Caesar?s pizza place I?ve ever been to. I tried calling for over a hour to place my order and no one... answered the phone. I went to the store in person to place order and still has to wait to even try to place my order. One personin front of me and it took the employees over 15 min to even come to the front. Them when it was my turn they told me that itwould be over a HOUR wait for my pizza? Nothing ready people standing around talking and not to mention the store was a dirtydirty store. Everytime I get pizza here it looks like a toddler cut the pizza's. Today was far the worst my crazy bread was flat and hard. My... pizza was crazyily cut with super large slices to some small that none looked like a slice of pizza. I got this for my 3 kidsafter swimming. I was able to some what fix the pizza so my kids could actually hold it and eat but my crazy bread was justthrown away. I tried calling the store 4 times to get no answer! I also waited 10 mins to get food that looked horrible. Whathappened to them showing you your pizza before you leave with it? Not at this location. They want you to drive all the way homeand open your food and be disappointed. I will be going to papa johns from now on. Such a waste going there to get a quick pizzaturned into 10 mins waiting and horrible food. Please do better people. We ordered two pizzas, One deep dish and one regular sausage pizza. The only thing I?ve ever liked has been the deep dish.... They?ve always been consistently pretty good with some variation. The one I got from this location has taken the prize for theworst deep dish I?ve ever had. The crust was barely crisped on the edges and looked thrown together. They literally closed thebox on the pizza. The dough on the regular sausage pizza was also underdone. Severely disappointed in what we got from thisparticular location. Crazy Bread was ghosty and soggy. Not sure what the extra wait was for but 10 minutes after pickup time the pizza was nearly... cold when it was handed to me. Pizza itself wasn't very good, but besides being lukewarm I don't fault this store for that. Iwill call out the fact that they disabled online ordering, assumingly due to volume.. they weren't very busy. This disabledcontactless pickup, and made it impossible to use the combo deals advertised. Over the phone they refused to honor theadvertised prices. When I arrived there seemed to be one person busting tail, and a store full of staff not moving very fast.No one wearing masks, including people handling food. Read more
Omg were do i start?! 1..The store is barely open. And when it's closed you barely can see the sign as you can see in my 2... photos. And them pics was token today... Nov, 3,2022 around 2pm. 2..they literally will not answer the phone. It's always busy,but yet they are not on the phone. 3... they do not make fresh 6.99 pizzas. I had so many old pizzas. 4...the need to redo theirgarlic breads, they don't put the right amount of garlic on there, it's way less now. 5...the fridge is never stocked withsodas, either empty of 2liters or the fridge isn't on, making the sodas hot. 6...they need more employees, them druggie theyhave in there don't know what they're doing, that place will be packed with people and only 1 Casselberry struggling. 7... theyneed go work and stay off their phone smoking outside and pull her their pants. 8...
