I went in to get carry-out, because the drive through was busy. While placing my order, I noticed that the counter was a little... sticky. While waiting for my order, I saw that there were a couple dozen fries on the floor in front of the fryer, and theworkers were just walking on them. One even deliberately kicked some under the fryer. The one employee working there was trying her hardest. Nevertheless, if waiting over 20 minutes in the parking lot at 11 PM,... didn't make me second guess this restaurant choice, what I saw when I went in for a refund sure did. Absolutely disgusting andwould not recommend. Read more
The food was good and drive thru fast (thus the 2 stars) BUT- the woman at the window spent most of her time with her head in... her hands leaning on the register. And they had an employee in SHORTS and FLIP FLOPS working in the kitchen!! The woman actedlike as soon as we left she was going to swallow a handful of pills and be done with it. And prices- really? Waited 25 minutes behind one car to get to the microphone to order. Was told to wait for my order to be taken. 15 minutes goes... by. "Hello?" I say, "Yeah, sorry. It's going to be a 20 minute wait on all grill items. I'm the only person here." So I've nowwaited 40 minutes to be told I need to wait at least another 20. I drive away, but as I'm turning the corner of the building Isee 2 employees standing outside within feet of the restaurant door on a smoke break. Apparently a 45 minute long smoke break. Read more
This location usually has problems like not taking drive through orders, food will take 10-15 minutes to cook, and food our of... stock. These are actual things that I have encountered in the last year at this location. Today was different. The drive thruran smoothly. The food was freshly prepared, staff was great. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me in the drive thru, 2 of which had already placed their order... and 30 minutes to order and... get my food. Wow! That was slow even for a brand new staff. The food was good, but I could have been served inside a sit downrestaurant anywhere in Gallatin in that time. Read more
Last 3 times we have tried to get food here it's been a total train wreck. Understaffed and literally wait 30 minutes in a... parking spot for a burger that cooks in minutes.
