John is so kind, and such a wonderful delivery driver! He is very sweet, and even takes the time out of his busy night to chat... with my toddlers when they come first thing through my front door! 3 stars is because of the new 3rd party company who answers the phone. its real hard to understand what they're saying and you... can't pay cash on orders over 50$ or something like that its real wierd. I don't like how they changed it and I don't likepaying over the phone. as for the actual staff very nice quick efficient and clean. Read more
Visiting a friend in the area and ordered delivery. Had a minor issue during delivery (they did not put the house number on the... delivery order) and the pizza took much too long to arrive but the restaurant made it right. Would highly recommend, customerservice like that is rarely found these days!! Read more
I went to pick up my order at the window and I was giving $100 bill and he acted like I was trying to hand him a bomb. "I NEED A... MANAGER!" The manager comes to window just to tell me they can't take a $100 bill. I said excuse me? Again, they can't take it.This was about 6pm, so I know they had been open long enough to mekr change. My wife, Leslie sent me out on a Saturday (this month) in June 2020 at 12 Midnight wanting good Pizza. The Domino's Pizza at 420... Maple Street was open and the pizza was good. We have have bought some pizzas from this Domino's Store in the middle ofGallatin, TN. 420 Maple Street, that wasn't so good in the recent past. We really haven't complained, we just went to thecompetitor, Papa John's at 226 W. Broadway here in Gallatin. We have never, ever gotten a bad pizza from Papa John's from thatPapa John's Store, we live not far from it. We realize employee turn over can be high in any kind of large corporation, butlocal management and regional managers should take note, watch who you hire! Ridiculous that I?m not even able to talk to the store. An order that would?ve taken 1 minute over the phone took 10 mins. I?ve... always called Dominos, and after putting my address in once I never had to do it again. I had to confirm 3 different times myaddress, had the entire order repeated back twice. I live one minute away and ordered twenty minutes before close because itwould?ve been easy. They literally didn?t place my order until 10 before close. Now I actually feel terrible about ordering. With the exception of one order that sat in the store for way too long and got cold I'll have to say remodel is really nice and... the pizza has been really good! They even give you a nice area to watch "The Dough Show" lol. They did rectify the cold pizza. Read more
Ordered wings. Very expensive. The buffalo hot sauce was barely drizzled on the wings. Basically 8 just plain chicken wings for... over $20. Won't make this mistake twice. Read more
