I only have been to chick-fil-A once before today. I relise why the A is separate from the rest of their name. I give them an A,... for their speediness, kind service, and the food was hot. The line wrapped around the building 2 times, but it took them 10min.Then a bonus they got my order correct... I went there wanting a grilled chicken sandwich, but they were serving breakfast. We entered through the front door proceeded to the register and placed our order. The food arrived swiftly. We then proceeded... to a table within the restaurant and upon sitting down consumed our Most delicious and appetizing meal. On completing the mealwe policed our table placing the trash in the receptacle by the door on our way to the exit. This then was our experience atChick-fil-A. Read more
Service is not what it used to be anywhere. However I tend to expect more from chic Gil a. The managers need to step it up and... keep everyone on task and attitudes in check. A little eye contact from employees to customers isn?t a lot to ask for.Acknowledgment when you drive up to get your food. Yes I want to Chic Filet, I ordered a sammich with the meal and a shake...They forgot the fries. Fortunately I tend to go right... for the fries, so I went back in and got my fries, they were hotter than Georgia asphalt. The last two times I've been here I was missing a chicken biscuit. Once receiving 5 of 6 and the other time I ordered 1... I... applaud Chick-fil-A's when it comes to making the most of a parking lot, however this location is poorly executed. My first timehere recently, I entered 1 of 2 entrances only to find myself booted off the property because that entire entrance is dedicatedto door dash! That line has been empty the last 3 mornings I visited that location. Corporate needs to look into this locationand make changes. Read more
Once again another great Chick-fil-A! Very friendly employees at this location. I believe the manager even refilled my drink,... even though she was meeting with someone at a table close to the front counter. Great service. Read more
First time visiting this location and was sadly disappointed. I got a chicken breakfast burrito. It was poorly wrapped (looked... like a toddler wrapped it) and the tortilla was extremely stale. I just threw it in the bin. Than I took a bite out of one of mykids minis and both the chicken and the bun were cold. Definitely not normal Chick-fil-A standard at all. Read more
