A bunch of sweet people work here. I'm used to fast food experiences (outside of Chick Fila) to be less than stellar. This... location steps it up. The food was hot, fresh and fast. The facility is sanitized and snazzy. Parking is easy. Service isfast. You can't go wrong for fast food here in Gallatin. Read more

Just like most fast food joints nowadays Arby's is swirling the drain. Paid $18 for two combo meals and the best part of them... was the coca cola. They took my order and told me to pull forward and wait on fresh fries. I specifically asked for 5 packs ofArby's sauce as well. I get 10 minutes down the road to my home and guess what? No sauce, dry roast beef and 8 crinkle fries ineach box that was NOT FRESH! Thank you Arby's and staff for helping me make my decision to not eat fast food again. Read more
Grabbed a quick meal for my Son... It was late, I could tell the Gentlemen at the window was tired and ready fo get out of... there. So when he asked..." How are you doing today Sir?" I made sure I responded like I knew the kid my whole life... "Man I'mgood, How are you?" Young man said, " I'm tired! I've been here all day. I'm ready to go! Been on this window by myself since 4o'clock." He said that with a smile. And as he was handing me my order and wishing me a good night with a smile, I wished himthe same.. "Alright friend you have a good night as well! Thank you!" I know it's simple, normal sounding. 1 year update: Management has done a good job whatever their doing. Actually tastes like real Arby?s again. I?ll be back for... sure since the food quality has improved. Jalapeño poppers are so good and the classic beef & cheddar. Really happy that theyactually are making good quality food again. Keep it up guys Read more
Super clean super nice service and to be honest the quickest meal I was able to order an receive in minutes. I absolutely love... Arby's and being able to walk get my order get my drink and pick a seat an only wait 5 minutes for food was amazing. Thanks teamy'all are awesome Read more
