I was referred by a coworker to try their lunch special. Sadly for me, they were sold out! But I still got a lavender vanilla... latte and a ham and cheese melt. Latte = DELICIOUS, melt = eh. It did the job. Can't wait to try one of their raved aboutspecials, though! The service was AH-MAZING! The girl working the counter was cheerful, helpful, and kind. Also, the decor wasSO cute! See my pics.... Will definitely be back! Read more

We had a few great lattes today at The Bean Counter. Really enjoyed the look and feel of the old Galena Farmers Bank that was... openned in 1906 and close in the late 19030's. It still has the original teller windows and safe! Worth a stop anytime you arein the area. Read more

Had to find a spot to take a meeting and The Bean Counter was available. Much better than sitting in a hot car for an hour! The... ladies are very nice and everything was delicious. Chicken salad and a sugar free latte were on order for me. I enjoyed thecute shop in an old (1906) bank complete with teller window and awesome tile flooring. Relaxing place! When I am in the areawill pop in again. Thanks ladies! Read more

Do not leave the town of Galena MO before stopping in at The Bean Counter Coffee Shop! The friendly service feels like family. ... The coffee is fantastic and served up in a must see historic building brought back to life and close to It?s original state. Ashort walk to the historic Y-bridge and the James River. A welcomed addition to the Stone County seat. Read more
