A group of us came in. A few of us ordered the bloody mary which wasn't bad but not great. The very pushy and rude waitress was... asking me "what do u want" before I even got my drink and sat down. Me and my husband wanted a appetizer and burger to split. Weordered and got the app at the same time as our food. When we got the bill it was for the entire table. I asked if we could havethat split into the different couples and got "we don't do that here but the prices r on the bill. U can figure it out." That'swhen we found out that they charged us 3.00 to cut the burger in half. It wasn't posted anywhere nor were we told of thischarge. I was just dumbfounded so needless to say I would starve to death before ever going back to this establishment. Read more
Food- good! Service- nonexistent. Waited an hour for a BLT. It was great! Our waiter was mostly nowhere to be found, and the... atmosphere was depressing- no music, all employees were clearly unhappy, and FoxNews was playing on every TV. Oh and cash orcheck only. We found out when we got the check. I asked for change- directed to the bar. Went to the bar- saddest employee I?veever met. I?m sure they?re hurting for workers right now, but maybe they wanna reconsider if they even want to be open. Read more
My wife and I had lunch there Sunday, July 17 and it was fantastic. She had the chicken salad sandwich, and I had the BLT. ... Service was prompt, and the food was excellent. I liked the fact that the BLT was served with packets of mayo so I could add asmuch as I wanted. Also some of the best fries I have ever had. Erin B was our waitress and my wife and I both loved her. This place is pretty good, it's a little on the pricy side for what you get, but currently food everywhere is expensive. The... burger was good, cooked medium rare, but it was a bit bland seasoning wise. After our food came waitress came back once to askif we were ready for our check. No refills on our water or soda sadly. The bathrooms were.... Bathrooms. I've been in cleanerand I've been in far dirtier. You get your check but then you have to bring it up to the bar and wait for someone up there toring you out. Horrible experience from start to finish! Upon walking in not even getting a chance to get to table waitress is like here is... your menus, didnt think much of it at that point. Sitting there waiting a while to get order taken and flys and nats in thisplace, and of course experience gets worse from there. I personally ordered a chicken salad and another member of my partyordered a burger, once arrived we were served with cheap plastic cups for drinks and flimsy plastic silverware that was useless.I had to get up and ask for real silverware which of course made lady upset, place wasnt even busy we were only people in thereso not sure what the major inconvenience was. Salad was not edible, was served slimy and brown lettuce and chicken on salad wascold and burnt and didnt eat anything, burger bun was dried out and smelled bad and and family member didnt eat more than a fewbites. Yes we informed waitress of issue, of course she didnt care, her response oh well I will tell the kitchen, heres the billand you can go to the atm to pay us cash and no desire to fix issue. Never In my life have I stiffed on a tip, but today I did. It is a Wednesday mind you. We had to ask for drinks, every time.... Food was slow and all right to taste. But the thing that ticked me off the most was the condescending tone in which our serverinformed me that they don't take plastic..WAIT! WHAT? I said "Is that posted on the door"? "YES!" He says. If you can findwhere it says that in the attached picture please point it out to me. That negative experience caused me to leave townimmediately and not spend any more of my money your town. They done tell you till the end that they ONLY TAKE CASH...... NOT COOL! ATM charges $3 also. Burger was good, Fries not done... all the way. Slaw was not good. Read more
