I usually love Honey Baked Ham, but after the hair I found in my sandwich today, I can?t eat there again. ????

I purchased a 1/2 bone in ham last year for Thanksgiving and since Covid was rampant, I understand they couldn't show me the ham... as they've done before. Well get home the ham barely has any glaze on it and it just wasn't good. Fast forward to this year,purchased another ham and same thing. I spent over $100.00 both times only to be disappointed. Went for lunch after my MVA appointment. Had the Honey Baked Ham sandwich, which was tasty with a good balance of flavor between... the ham and a hint of sweet honey sauce. The place was well renovated and larger than what I pictured it to be based on existingreview photos. Read more

Almost forgot that this location was still here in Gaithersburg Maryland....MY absolute FAVORITE dinner is Honey Baked Ham.... Today I opted to try the ham salad sandwich....IT was fantastic! The multigrain bread made it! I wanted to buy ham salad to gofor our super bowl party but we only have the two of us and you only sell it by the pound... wish you sold it by the half pound.Oh well. I found this particular Honey Baked location with the help of Google and may I say I?m glad I did. I got the perfect Ham at a... cheaper cost than I had planned on spending at a different location. The staff was courteous and helpful, I was in and out andon my way home!! Read more

Portion size was lacking. This is the first time I have been disappointed by The Honey Baked Ham. The sandwich was delicious as... usual, as was the broccoli bacon salad. However, the croissant they served was the smallest I've ever seen! Also, the broccolibacon salad came in a container that was at most about 4 adult bites. I took a picture of 1/2 of the sandwich along with thebroccoli container and a standard size plastic fork to provide perspective. I'm not sure if all HB ham stores have changed orjust this one, but I seriously felt like I paid around $10 for a kids meal (that didn't come with a drink!). I will look aroundfor another HB ham store and try that, I don't think we will be coming to this one. Great hams! The lines at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter prove how good this food is! The proprietor is awesome!
