Convenient location in Gaithersburg Square. It is clean, staff are quick. There is outside seating area with few tables and... couple umbrellas. They tend to run out of things towards the end of day. One time had no bread bowls, the other time ran out ofbaguettes. So if you go for later dinner beware that options may be limited. Read more
Ordered their new chicken sandwich. It was horrible. Took one bite and had to throw away. I think McDonalds chicken sandwich... would be better than this. Also, ordered the Flatbread cheese pizza. It was dry with thick layer of cheese. Trashed! This is notFRESH food. I won't be going back????. Wish I could get my $20.00 bucks back. Read more
Charming old world looking Panera with clean dining room, good food, and fast service.
Bought a Fuji salad costing $9++ and a got a small bowl with one dressing. I guess my quest is did Panera decrease portions... while still maintaining the same price. I ordered the green passion smoothie form this location earlier today. I?ve ordered this same smoothie so many times from... different Panera locations but this is my first time ordering at this location. The smoothie was just crushed ice cubes and Ican see the green leaves (which I didn?t mind too much). But the crushed ice instead of the smooth texture (aka smoothie) madeit so hard to zip from the straw and took away from the taste of the once delicious smoothie. Read more
First time visiting. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. The store is very clean & the food was made fresh & fast. 2 main... reasons for the 3stars: The 1st thing I immediately noticed: no kiosk to independently order my own food. I personally thinkthis needs to be implemented in the store. 2nd: I do not find the staff to be friendly at all. Being my 1st time in the store Iasked different staff like where is the butter, where is the coffee, where is the kiosk and I felt each staff grudginglyanswered my question: almost like I was disturbing them.
