Thin, stringy hand pulled noodles or fat dumpling like knife cut noodles? That?s the first question, followed by preparation. ... Then finally what protein, if any, you want with it! In the end you get a very tasty bowl of noodles for a very goodprice!!! They also have fried rice, scallion pancakes and dumplings!!! All very yummy! I got to enjoy a noodle making showwith my dinner and will definitely come back again!! Read more

Decent noodles, but the broth could have used some more flavor. I had the roast pork noodle soup. The dumplings were good. The... woman at the counter didn?t take our order correctly after repeating it twice, which was a bit frustrating. Read more

We came here many times, but tonight it was horrible. There was hardly any noodles in my beef combo noodle soup. I had to buy an... extra bowl of noodles for $3. My son order stir fry and there was hardly any roast pork or noodles. Tons of bell pepper, onionsand bean sprout. He has order this many times and didn?t have all this veggies. The veggies was about 2/3 of the dish. It wouldbe good for a vegetarian. Not worth the money and don?t get ripped off. Read more

First time ever having hand pulled noodles and it was fun to see someone working with hand pulling noodles in the window. The... gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helped us decide what to get since there wasn't a line behind us. So there'shand pull and knife sliced noodles. The hand pull are thin like a spaghetti/lo mein noodle. The knife sliced are thickernoodles with uneven cuts and fairly chewy. Also your options are soup or stir-fried with your choice of protein orvegetable. All three of us opted for the stir-fried version which came with tons of the protein you selected and lots ofveggies. I got the beef ($12.50) which was a little chewy but a generous portion. The seafood ($12.50) and the shrimp ($12.50)were also good sized portions. The sauce is thick and mild/bland, we chose to use a lot of their hot sauce. I also ordered thechive pork dumpling which you can get steamed or pan-fried. We went with the pan-fried which had a nice crispy skin and usedtheir dumpling sauce with their hot sauce - it was a delicious combo! We left very full and satisfied - if I'm back in the areaI would definitely stop in again! Read more

The beef soup with hand pulled noodles is phenomenal!!!!! Wow! How have I not tried this place before?! I was very impressed... with the light but flavorful broth, the beef practically melts in your mouth, and the vegetables are cut small enough to eatcomfortably. Add just a touch of chili oil and it truly elevates the dish! I will definitely be coming here more often. It isabsolutely delicious and authentic! 5/5 stars!! Read more

Man... the noodles here. SO GOOD! You can tell everything is made fresh. I really loved the soups as well as stir-fried... noodles, both knife cut and regular. I love that they have so many protein options, and great options like lamb, beef brisket, seafood and even fried tofu along with the usual chicken and beef. The scallions pancakes are also delicious. Perfectcombination of crispy outside with super layered softness inside! During COVID, they work with 3rd party services for deliveryand I am so happy about it! Prices are reasonable. Portions are more individual sizes, not family style. Read more
