Hibachi combo was great they even have a small selection of Japanese snacks & drinks
They have an enormous menu that includes some very beautifully done sushi when dining in. I got takeout so I didn't photograph... anything. My girlfriend had the crispy tuna roll which isn't what you'd expect. It was a piece of tuna and spring mix wrapped inrice and nori and then deep fried. The yellowtail roll was tasty as was the crispy tuna roll although my girlfriend found thetuna roll a little oily. I had the hibachi combo (chicken, steak, and shrimp) with fried rice and yum yum sauce. It was a lotof food. It was well cooked and they cooked the steak to order. Read more
Service and food came quickly. The popcorn chicken and edamame were great appetizers and the chicken hibachi was delicious. I... ordered spicy yellowtail, spicy salmon and shrimp tempura. The tempura was more batter than shrimp and I'd probably ordedifferent rolls next times. Love that they have snacks on the side you can buy. Overall it was a good place for lunch. Read more

We were looking for an open Sushi place a Tuesday evening and came across Kara Kibachi. Humble from the outside but don?t let it... fool you. Super fresh and delicious sushi was made for us on the spot (no pre-made and refrigerated meal). We tried two simplerolls and also their Tokyo Love and Super Crunchy Roll. The ingredients were fresh and everything tasted great. Very decentlypriced and worth the trip to Gaithersburg. Read more
The owners are so welcoming and kind!! We came in on a thursday night for dinner. We were warmly greeted by the owner. The... sushi was fresh, the takoyaki was delicious and the chicken hibachi was flavorful. The prices are fair as well. I woulddefinitely come back! Read more
A hidden gem! The service was excellent. The boba tea was delicious. I got myself the milk organic tea with yogurt pop boba, and... it was so tasty! The food was wonderful! I ordered a Salmon bento and I was really happy. The price is excellent and veryreasonable. Definitely returning back again! Read more
I do not recommend this place, have a specific order of Teriyaki chicken and friend rice. No veggies, I get veggies and they say... that is how it comes. Can?t be anymore specific than no veggies. Please avoid this place Read more
