Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant before. My friends and I sat down at exactly 10pm. When our server,... Troy, came to greet us, he already had a bad attitude. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I used to be a serverso I figured he had a long day. But he would repeatedly go MIA throughout the night. Drinks took 20 minutes to come out, foodtook over an hour (which I understand isn't on the server), but when food did come out an order was missing and he had to comeback and ask us what is was supposed to be, which makes me think he didn't bother to write it down. After we got our food (whichhalf of it was cold), 3 of us ordered waters which our server took 15 minutes to get out to us. Another friend ordered coffee,and she finally got it after 30 minutes but we had to repeatedly ask for it. The table beside us was sat after us and had afemale server, and she got them all taken care of and checked out while we continuously had to search for our own server. Weended up having to go to the front to ask for our check because we couldn't find him. Keep in mind the restaurant was barelyhalf full and there were 2 other servers. This was FANTASTIC! My best ihop experience ever. All of these negative reviews are just stuck up. Our waiter was great, very... attentive and gave great menu suggestions. Our food came very quickly and was very fresh and delicious. WE LOVE IHOPGAITHERSBURG!?? Read more
Not a great IHOP. I ordered food through Uber eats. Got a notification it was ready. Went inside to grab it and I?m told it?s... not ready yet. They tell me they are probably packing it. So I wait another 5-10 minutes. Ask again if it?s ready. She goes backto check and just comes out and says she didn?t see it. I asked how much longer. She didn?t even ask the kitchen what the statusof the order was which I consider poor customer service. So there?s no way for me to even know when to ask again withoutbothering them. Went to Gaithersburg, MD for some errands, and ended near an IHOP. I haven't been in an IHOP in years! It's was a little bit... late for pancakes, so I did a chicken sand and some awesome onion rings. Everything arrived my table fresh and hot. Services wasnice and fast! Read more
Went here for a late night pancake dinner and was not disappointed! Our waiter was top-notch and made sure we were satisfied and... very happy customers. The food always hits the spot and it's always nice to eat breakfast for dinner sometimes! May end upmaking this a weekly stop after workouts. Read more
