Extremely poor customer service!!! Went in around 8:25pm this evening to the Kentlands Coldstone with my daughter and niece. ... there were 4 or 5 staff walking in and out and not one of them even acknowledged us for atleast 5 mins. Finally one of them cameand served us. I was just standing there wondering if we should just leave, but niece was leaving back to newyork early in themorning and I did not want to miss the opportunity to get her icecream.. I have been to this coldstone so many times! onlything different today was I had gone to a temple earlier in the evening and still had bindi on my forehead! Read more

This location is not very inviting. The OPEN sign was off. It was smelly, dirty, and the outside there was ice cream spilled at... the entrance. This was my first time trying Cold Stone , not impressed and overpriced. Read more
Decent ice cream - great staff! However, I'm taking away a star because they have what surely qualifies as the ugliest teddy... bear I have ever seen. I approached the staff and I asked about the bear .. I mean, come on, surely this butt-ugleh bear has astory! But instead I just got a 'we don't know, the bear is just there!' - I'm willing to edit my review and add the missingstar if I get to hear the story of this bear. Read more
