A refreshing and delicious change of pace in this area. Food is flavorful, healthy, and fresh. Drink choices include hibiscus... tea with a dash of juice. So nice! Environment is beautiful and authentic with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our younger son(11) loves the lamb, older son (13) loves the salmon kabobs. Can't wait to find an opportunity to go again! Excellent Greek / Mediterranean food. There's so much flavor in every bite, and they have a variety of dipping sauces you can... add on. It's a little bit pricy for a fast casual, but it's worth it for the quality of food you get. Nice quick service too. Read more
This is my first experience. I had absolutely outstanding service at this location. I believe it was the manager or an assistant... manager who took my order. I wasn't seated long before the same manager brighten my plate of food to me. on the way she stoppedto grab me some napkins and utensils which I had forgotten to do. The place was very clean and I was very comfortable with theseating arrangements and very much enjoyed my meal. I ordered two chicken kabobs and one steak. The meat was tender andscrumptious and the vegetables, just perfectly done. I would recommend this location to anyone and I would definitely bevisiting again. Pretty good food. I've had steak kabobs twice and it was pretty consistent.
My salad was okay. A less tasty and fulfilling version of CAVA. But the hummus was downright disgusting. It tasted rancid. When... I asked them to taste it in their kitchen to make sure it hadn't gone bad, they said that it's supposed to taste that way. Ialso thought they made everything in the restaurant. They don't. They told me that the hummus comes to them that way and theyjust add pesto and stuff to it. I eat hummus everyday. This did not taste at all like hummus. It tasted like nothing. Superbland and rancid. The management was very kind and helpful. They offered to give me my money back and they also offered a freedessert. They tried their best to rectify the situation, but I won't be back because the food is not good. Read more
Honestly, I won?t be back. I was hungry before work, and remembered this place was new to Gainesville, so I figured I would give... it a try. The food was surprisingly bland and under seasoned. It?s like they?re trying to take the American idea ofMediterranean food, and water it down for people who don?t like spices or spicy things. With Chipotle and Cava within walkingdistance, and all the authentic, actual Mediterranean and Arab kabob places around, I think this will be one of those placeswhere people try it, and probably won?t be back. I am impressed with the freshness of the food and cleanliness of this restaurant. It is a pleasant decor with a relaxing... environment. You can watch the food being prepared through the glass enclosed kitchen. I love the staff, they are alwayspatient, professional and happy. Must be great management! Read more
