I used the mobile app so my order would be ready when I arrived. Not only was it not ready, customers who came in and ordered... in person after I arrived received their orders and left. I had to ask about my order only to find out it was among three infront of the register, it hadn't been started and they were out of the donut I ordered. Greetings, We were at this location and purchase donuts, coffee and refreshers for my kids. After we finished eating, my 6 and... 8 year old children were in the bath room. Two of the employees were working at that evening of June 18th around 8pm EST turnedoff the lights of the entire store including the bath room. I ask them to turn on light, but they shouted at me saying theycan't turn on the lights and they need leave. My kids were using the bath in the dark. Update: Much better recently. Revised with an additional star. Update: For the most part they?ve fixed the issues in the... morning. Coffee is usually out on time and consistent. Glad to see things have gotten better. Original review: I used to lovethem. They had a great staff and were able to keep up with orders in the morning. I?d do mobile ordering to make sure I was inand out which is their signature thing now. I?ve adjusted my time over the months to place my order even earlier but it?s stillhit and miss even when ordering 5 minutes prior. Waiting 5-10 minutes additional for a coffee just isn?t acceptable. Been here multiple times, has never disappointed. On this particular time it was 9:30 pm and we felt bad for ordering lots of... sandwich?s and drinks. but the 2 gentleman on shift were super kind and super welcoming. This was the best customer service ever at a Dunkin Donuts. The lady who helped us was professional and courteous and patient! ... I am sorry I don't know her name. She was quick to fill our order, asked what we wanted in our coffees and later asked us howour drinks tasted!!! My Mom is now hooked on DD's apple fritters ???? they actually are filled with apples. I want to give this place five stars, but I've come here many times and they never have enough of the donuts I like, which is a... little disappointing. I guess everyone in this area likes the same thing as me! Other than stock, I have no complaints aboutthis place. The coffee is really good, and I do love their hash browns. The staff here is really friendly and they've alwaysgotten my order correct. You can purchase bagged coffee here as well as random travel mugs. I sometimes buy the coffee here tomake at home, as the price isn't bad at all. Read more
This is racist store. I ordered through the app. Picked it up and enjoyed the matcha latte. Then I went to use the restroom.... After a little bit time maybe 10 minutes someone with red hoodie knocking the door over and over again! He was aggressive. Icame outside and thought he gonna say something but nothing he didn?t say anything no eye contact. So I ask him - ?are you ok!?He said nothing. The store employee his head was down , he was doing something on the phone said nothing! I think the redhoodie guy who was knocking the door over and over again was a employee or the employee over there knows this hoodie person.They are racist. Don?t judge a book by its cover.
