Every time my boyfriend and I order from the gainsville cava, we get the worst customer service. The staff needs to be properly... trained on how to treat customers. Last time we were there we bought 2 pita chips with our salads, when we got home we realizedthey only gave us one. We bought some food 3 weeks later and told them that last time they forgot our pita chips and they toldus, we should have come back the same day, basically too bad. We explained we were not able to. As we payed for our new meal wechecked our food and realized they were missing our second order of pita chips, again!! they got an attitude as they thought wewere lying when we told them, we showed them the bag and they finally gave us our order. The line here moves... quickly as the workers are well trained and prepare your meal with a smile. Plan to visit this perpetually bustlingMediterranean chain if you're passing through Gainesville. Delicious!!! No regrets for dinner here!!! I can only say how amazing it was and the customer service was great. I made my own... bowl with lamb and ash the toppings served on top of saffron basmati rice my drink was the strawberry citrus juice. Yum Read more

tried cava for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. I got the basmati white rice with grilled chicken and honey... chicken with tomato and cucumber and feta cheese and with lemon herb sauce and garlic sauce and when I say it was *chefs kiss*and it was $11 a little expensive but not to bad considering the taste. 100% better than chipotle and qdoba, will definitely becoming here again.
