This place is getting worse every time I visit. This is my third time experience that they served us cold/reheated wings even... tho I told the waiter that last time the food was cold, please make sure it is fresh this time! Returned our order and waitedfor 40 mints for them to bring us our food. When we asked what was going on, the manager said they threw our food away thinkingwe didn?t want it. Please save yourself the time and many and go somewhere better where you are valued as a costumer! Read more
They need to close the dine-in section. Wait time for a table was 30 minutes which seems normal, until you look inside the... dining section. It was almost completely empty. When we finally got seated, no silverware was provided. We ordered apps anddinner, silverware finally came out but the wrong amount. There was only 3 of us (they only brought 2 forks). Had to ask for athird and waited about 10 minutes. When the food came out, they had run out of serving ware so the dips came out in paper cups.On the up side, the food was good, typical bdub fare. The BWW off Liberia doesn't have this issue and neither does the one inWoodbridge. Not sure what's going on with the Gainesville location, maybe they're focusing on their delivery option? Nice place to hangout and have fun. Food is good and multiple choices is beer. Definitely worth it to visit. I visit the place... often and never been disappointed. McKenzie, Gio and Kristy are awesome folks to have as your servers/bartenders. Read more

Place is nice and clean, staff are friendly. But food was not great though. I ordered 6 piece of wings with sides? wings weren?t... fresh and it was overheated a few times so meat was dry.
