I just have to say I've read the reviews and don't see what the big deal is. This restaurants only issue I've personally had... here is with the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machines with one being out of my favorite drink but I can just take 5 steps and be at theone next to it. The food I receive is a good portion and delicious in its own way. The staff that I have interacted with arevery nice including the drive thru lady who's name tag I believed said Jennifer and I've seen her up front to as I go inside anddrive thru for food at this establishment. Another lady with a blue shirt Carole I believe was extremely sweet. The only thingthat upsets me is how the menu options have changed which is corporates move not the stores. Would recommend this place fully.Sure there's always room for improvement but hey in this generation I'm glad to see that the young ones are working andproviding a service to the community. Read more
As everyone has said, HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I went through the drive thru and ordered a 5 pc Buffalo finger. (Supposed... to come with a ranch, did not. I had to ask for it). They did NOT give me a fork or napkins. I suppose I was expected to eat asaucy mess with my hands and have no way to clean up. I just had to say something today about how horrible this location has been. There was a line stretched all the way around the... restaurant. I waited in that line for 30 minutes behind another car who kept asking if they were ready to take her order; theykept telling her no. We finally made it to the window ( an extra 5-10 minutes) where we finally got our food. We got home andthey had not provided not only sauce in the boxes but the slaw, which usually comes in a container, was all over the food wherethey had just slopped it in the box. This place has went downhill fast! It?s absolutely disgusting. Trash and food litter the floors. All tea canisters are empty.... Don?t sit close to a rug, they smell so sour from obviously not being dried from ice and drink spillage. The cashier, Chelseawas speechless. Like literally, she said nothing. I had to ask her three times if it was time for me to pay, she never gave mea total, or a receipt. I bought 3 cookies, she looked at me as if I was the Bain of her existence for asking her for my cookiesthat I paid for. Never coming back. Not trying to be a Karen, but fast food is a treat nowadays. If I?m going to take my kidsout to eat and spend money in this horrible economy, I?d like to at least have a sub par experience.
