The manager that has her cigarette hanging out of her back pocket needs to figure out what she wants to do in her job life... because customer service skills were not it. Slow but would not be a huge problem except for the tone of employees and rude attitude. Repeatedly confused about a 2 item... order and angry when I corrected her. Had an interesting experience here. I rode my Yamaha V-Star 250 through the drive-thru and the sensor failed to pick up the... bike. We figured out that the bike was too small to trigger the magnetic sensor that let's the guy at the window know to take myorder. The food was delicious though. I'd recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind spending a little more for adecent-quality burger. Definitely on the high end of the fast-food spectrum. Read more

On 7/3/22, at 8:43am, the drive through host had no customer service skills or personality. She was rude and short. We ordered... two breakfast combos, and the whole time she was huffing and signing. At the window, we handed her wendy's coupon, and sherudely took it. She had to ask a manger to help, and the manager was rude to us as well. We asked for a receipt, and she said okand slammed the window at us! Just rude and miserable to deal with. If the manager is like that, no wonder why her staff actsthe same. The sandwiches were cold and so greasy that we had to throw away half of it. My family and I like going to wendy's.But, this wendy's is definitely the worst one overall. Read more

If you order in the drive thru double check the order, I pull around the corner and realize that the whole order was wrong with... all three meals not even the drinks and the fries where really hard. When I went in an explained why I needed a remake, it waslike I did something wrong to check everything except the drinks because I got them inside. So someone else got my order thatday. Read more

Wendy's isn't too bad for a simple breakfast sandwich. The chicken biscuit was a little dry but it was okay.
