If I could give a ZERO, I would. Visiting Georgia for the holidays. We entered around 9:20 and stood awaiting to place a to go... order. Around 9:35, Tiffany N. decided to talk around that she?s not taking anymore orders. She nor any of her counterpartsaddressed us appropriately or directly. Absolutely unacceptable. As you would like the upmost respect from customers, we requirethe same. We understand that it is the holidays and you are working but, that is a personal choice of your own. You are beingcompensated through the company and tips which we were going to leave a nice one because we saw how busy the place was. Pleasedo not make your issues ours. I wouldn?t eat here EVER! The staff should be retrained. She allowed a $200 order walk out of thedoor with a $100 tip, allow that to marinate. Read more
Didn't have to wait long to get a table or food. Staff were sweet and the food was great! Honestly, I've paid way more for... "gourmet" breakfast food that wasn't as good or as filling as the breakfast I got at this Waffle House. Thanks! Read more
Somebody please go work at this Waffle House- the food is great but the employees need a break! When we were there on a... Saturday night around 11pm there were three dudes running the whole show - two cooks and one waiter and they were moving FAST totry and make it work with a full house of guests and so little staff. They were doing their very best but obviously it?s goingto take a longer to be served in that sort of situation. Our server was sincerely apologetic for the wait though and once ourmeals were cooked, our food was hot and tasty. There?s just nothing quite like their waffles swimming in butter and syrup andsome hash browns scattered, smothered and covered. Absolutely the slowest Waffle House on the planet! We tried stopping after a concert, they were not hat busy, there were 2... waitresses and one was taking to go orders and her side was well taken care of. We waited 25 minutes and never got seated. 3 togo orders came and went before I got upset. We went to the Waffle House at 985 and 129. We ate and hung out. When we passed thisone on the way home, there people that were after us still had not ate. Awful service. Worst Waffle House to eat a after dark!! Read more
Not even worth one star. Came in with a baby. Have been seen by staff members, they were just moving around. Zero attempt to sit... us down. Everything came together perfectly for this Saturday morning breakfast. The hashbrowns were cooked to a golden crispiness, the... toast was toasted properly (I hate when the toaster setting is too low. Not a problem today) and the bacon and scrambled withcheese were on point. Good job WH! Read more
Picked up a late to-go dinner & the place was packed with only one server & one cook. It?s a Thursday night so I?m sure they... aren?t typically that busy during the week at 10:30pm but these girls were ROCKING it!! They were the epitome of team work andalthough, they had to be stressed due to the amount of people they were handling alone but they both still had great attitudes &smiled the entire time. They also still got everyone taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. I was very impressed bythese ladies tonight! Would give 10 stars if I could . And of course!! THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGGGG!!!
