I can tell when certain people aren't used to seeing a type of customer come in and order tea from a coffee shop but let's face... it. You can probably can take that money that u spend drinking the coffee or tea go to the coffee or tea isle and buy twice asmuch for the same price. Other than that my Chai tea was awesome. Read more

Zero stars if could. Two girls slow as molasses. Wandering around in daze. Watched one start my drink then wandered off in... middle of making to slowwwwwly start on someone elses. Hallway through that order she stopped to listen to a conversation theother girl was having with coworker about something that could probably wait until that girl took care of the people who haven't even ordered yet! Has London fog on menu but never carries the lavender syrup required to make it. No thank you for making me a plain Earl grey... tea for $6?!?!?! They won't refund you either, they say they can't. Read more

First and foremost, I understand a 1 star is bad, and I'll give my reasoning. I completely understand the worker shortage right... now, and respect that people need breaks and lunch times. I wholly support that and don't generally get bothered bythat. Unfortunately, when they have a sign on the payment station that says "on break" with no estimated return time isunacceptable. I have been in some form of customer service and management for the past 16 years, and my staff would know toproperly inform customers to prevent issues. Instead, this time, the employee walks up, rather short says, "I'm onbreak....also I'm on lunch" I can understand, but why is this happening right at lunch time and there is a line of people. 5minutes is not the answer to give and just turn your back. You lost our $12 and possibly more for the lack of alwayscommunicating. $12 doesn't seem like much, but based on the recent trend with your reviews there needs to be some guidance andtraining opportunities here to better prepare your staff. That or have the manager work the location. This is not up to anyform of customer service standards. I will unfortunately not visit this location anymore. There are other locations thatunderstand what the job entails. I'll be glad to support their branches. Read more

Cristian is awesome. He is constantly going above and beyond when it comes to the consistent, delicious, and made to order... drinks!!! It goes without saying he is always friendly, helpful, great when it comes to assisting other Baristas, answeringquestions or concerns. He would make a fine manager! He is the main reason, although the rest of the team is great as well, Ikeep coming back to this location. Read more
