The place was a mess, water on floor. Had to wait for about 30 min to get 6 chicken nuggets and 2 iced coffees. They were... filling orders around mine. I finally said something and I heard the girl say "oh I was just filling these other orders. We getour food and al.ost get run over on parking lot. People drive extremely fast to be pulling in to a crowed parking lot. Anywho,wont be back. Read more
Service is absolutely horrible! Workers are rude, have an attitude even when you are overly nice to them. Very very slow, stood... at the counter for almost 30 minutes just to order.... then it took another 15-20 minutes and i only ordered a single coffeewhich was cold when I received it. I would not recommend ordering inside this one. Read more
This McDonald's in my town is known as the bad one. Overall breakfast is terrible with customer service being terrible. Lunch... time is a bit better but not great. Dinner time is the same as breakfast but with customer service being a bit better Read more
There are 3 women that work here in the mornings (probably not all at once) when I am on my way to work and I absolutely LOVE... how sweet they are! They are always smiling and they make my day every time. The food is always good and fast. Giving 4 starsonly because I blame other customers for having difficult orders and making the lines longer ???? Read more
They are not open 24 hours, I DROVE AN HOUR FROM ATHENS TO GET HERE AFTER THE ONE IN ATHENS WAS ALSO SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN BUT... WASN'T. Don't go to the one on Jesse Jewl either, they only take cash....THANK YOU MCDONALDS for making me drive all over God'sgreen earth for dinner which I apparently won't be getting tonight after not eating all day. If you want to have your order F up 99.37% of the time. This is the place to go. It?s very hard to get mad at them when they... mess up your order. It?s like ? I asked for a #1 and a iced coffee. How come you give me apple pie only?? Then you say toyourself?. Hey? I?m at Macdonalds?. You work here for a reason?. Next time I?ll show up during rush hour and order 19 happymeals and then change my order at the window to create a stress test you know just to keep um on their toes. Read more
First off, we stood at the register for 10 minutes, we would?ve stood there longer if my brother hadn?t said anything. Second,... when we finally got someone?s attention she was rude and walked away to get someone else who obviously shouldn?t be takingorders. After FINALLY getting our order taken we stood there for another 25 minutes before we got our food. We had multiplepeople tell us we?d be waiting a minute and one guy even came in from the drive thru and said he?d been waiting for 45minutes!!! Then, we originally ordered double cheese burger w Mac sauce no pickles and it had pickles and a unhealthy amount ofmayo ????. Hands down worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. No lie everytime I visit this McDonald's it is just trash everything food service and atmosphere only order fries that are not... real and sugar water tea. I came here 15 years ago in high school and it just haven't changed.... won't be back to anymoreMcDonald's at all... I make better food at home and save twice as much. Read more
