Absolutely the worst McDonald's when it comes to service. Drive thru takes 30 realistic minutes before they'll even greet you.... They'll then proceed to get the order wrong (9 times out of 10) & the food is ALWAYS COLD OR OLD. Literally watched them re-dunkfrench fries because someone came back and complained about them being cold. Just a quick stop for a kids chocolate shake and sweet tea. The receipt said chocolate, but the cashier handed us vanilla and... said " here's your chocolate shake".....I just looked at her. Are you kidding. I told her we ordered chocolate and this iswhite, like vanilla. She said she was sorry and to hold on. After a few minutes she came back to announce that they didn't haveany chocolate syrup! Problem is you announced to me here's your chocolate shake and try to pass a white milkshake off as achocolate shake. I'm astounded! She then told my granddaughter well I can give you a vanilla shake or I can give you astrawberry shake, pointing to the strawberry shake that was sitting on the counter that was already part way melted and Godknows when it was made. My granddaughter took the vanilla shake and was not happy to say the least. I understand when people runout of things, but wouldn't it have been nice to know that when I ordered it at the microphone in the Drive-Thru, instead ofwaiting to hand me a white vanilla shake and then tried to tell me it's a chocolate shake. I wasn't born last night neither wasmy granddaughter. That's kind of sad. And to try to hand her a strawberry shake that clearly looked like it had been made 15 to20 minutes before we got there, is not good customer service. I'm speechless at this point. Only giving 2 stars because in the past they?ve been good but today, we received thousand island dressing in a kids chicken... nugget box instead of nuggets. That?s unacceptable. Tell me to wait or short me the item completely, this shows me youintentionally tried to screw us! Read more
Every time I frequent this establishment my experiences are superlative. I am speaking solely of the drive through kind and not... of the walk in experience, so your mileage may certainly vary. The double drive through moves with steady pace, so you alwaysfeel progression. The order is read back clearly and presented on a video screen, to eliminate most mistakes, and the staffalways seem cheery and well trained. McDonald's obviously has a different hiring process than most because the drive throughexperience is as consistent as their food. I have been here on the busiest of Sat and Sun nights and my fries are always hot.Now what more can you ask for? Read more
