Me and my young children came in to lobby at 2:53pm to order take out. It started out great. The young lady cashiering on front... counter alone seemed to know what she was doing, She was friendly. We received our food and went to the car to head on to thenext place and my daughter said her chicken sandwich had no toppings and the receipt showed we ordered it regular so I went backin and asked for a replacement. While I'm patiently waiting for my chicken sandwich to be remade, an older man walks in and wasbeing irritable about his wait. He looks to me and says "And what is going on here?!" And I calmly say "she is helping this manbecause he speaks Spanish" and the older man leaves all upset about his wait. The cashier looks to me and aggressively tellingme not to do that! I looked over to her and said me? She said "yeah! You said he speaks Spanish, DONT DO THAT!" I walk towardsher and asked "am i supposed to use different words? I don't understand what you mean" she then ignores me. I tried to bring itto another employees attention that she was being very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable in front of my youngchildren. I left without my food. I have been an employee of McDonald's from 2017 to 2022. I word with mostly Hispanicemployees. I love their culture and their company. This employee needs to not be interacting with customers. She clearly is toirresponsible and hot headed to be taking face to face orders. I will not ever come back to this McDonald's. And I honestlywould not allow a person this immature to work at my store. Because I only purchased a drink this trip, I didn't rate the food. My service was great; however, the wait was absolutely... ridiculous. I'm not sure what was going on, but no one mentioned it nor apologized, therefore, the four star review. Read more
First.. rudest and most unprofessional managers. I got in line at 10:20pm. I didn?t make it to the screen to order until 10:52.... I didn?t get to order until 11:12. I called the restaurant and the manager answer the phone and said they were in between shiftchange and it?s only one person on headset.. shift change is at 10pm. I worked for McDonald?s on limestone for 3 years that?sthe worst excuse to use. Then she goes to say you can go somewhere. If there?s one person on headset that means it should take alittle longer to place orders but there?s no reason that the line isn?t moving from over 15 mins. Where is that one person? Only5-6 car can fit in the line between the window and the screen to order so I?m very confused and disappointed in McDonald?s.There is literally no good McDonald?s in Gainesville ga. There?s nothing but excuses and horrible service. I?m waiting for myfood and watch it be cold. Will definitely be my last time coming here. I don?t come as it is but today is my last day ever.Currently waiting at the window and it?s now 11:18? there?s no excuse McDonald?s you need to do something about this! Read more
Cold fries for such a long wait, wrong sized portions, gave unsweetened tea when asked for sweet and had an attitude when asked... about adult happy meals. Claimed they were out..... chicken sandwiches tho they good. Read more
I keep going to different McDonald?s trying to find one that will actually get my order correct. The one on limestone is a joke.... This one is half decent. This McDonald's is one of the best I've been to. I love that going through the drive-thru they are on top of there service. It... was faster than most and the employee's are always friendly and greet you with a smile. It's hard to receive great service atmany restaurants today bit, they go above and beyond to please their customers!! Read more

Went through the drive through, was picking up food and gone in less than 5 min!! Our order was correct..we had all the... condiments we needed and both of us ate for less than $10! Love that budget menu!!! We are on fixed incomes so the budgetmenus really help! Of course the fries are the biggest temptation...they are the best there is!!! They do have some low caloriemeals for those dieting .. so everyone gets satisfied!!! Ive never had to wait long through this drive thru..and very easygetting in and out!! Read more
