I had to come on here and tell everyone how amazing our experience was with this location. Not only was their customer service... amazing. But the cake decorator surpassed my expectations. She did such an amazing job on our cake, that I teared up. Mydaughter was in shock by her cake. I will never go to any other location for our cookie cakes. Ordered a cake days in advance since I knew the day I needed the order would be extremely busy. When I went in to pick up my... order, it was not made nor could they even locate my order form. Fortunately they were able to create one (not the size Iactually needed) in about 15 minutes, but as stated, they were not 15 minutes I had to spare which is why I placed the order inthe first place. I am grateful they were at least able to provide a cake, but they were non-apologetic and did not care aboutthe time constraints. If an order is not going to be ready when expected, do not make pre-ordering an option. Read more

Disappointed that they don?t follow posted business hours, went in around 1:15pm today and they were closed, no one was there... and all lights were off. If you aren?t going to be open when you say you?re open, please correct your posted business hours!!!!! Read more

Been shopping here for 36 years. Always get a cookie cakes for birthdays. Very disappointed that they have cut down on the... thickness of the cookie cake, so much that it falls apart when holding a slice that has icing on it. Just not as good ???? Read more

So, I have been enjoying cookie cakes from this location since I was in middle school and now my kids want them for their... birthdays too - and THEY are in middle school as well, so that's about 30 years of Great American Cookie love for myhousehold. The individual cookies here really are truly GREAT. Doozies and Dinky Doozies were one of my first loves growing up.How can you not drool over a cookie sandwich full of perfect frosting? The brownies here are amazing too and y'all, if youhaven't had one, they are now making Brownie DOOZIES - the one I had with peanut butter frosting is to DIE for. BUT, this lastcookie cake I got my daughter for her birthday this past weekend was not good! It was like a thin crust cookie cake orsomething, it was only half the thickness of the cakes in the past. Maybe good for dieters? Sad day though when my daughter bitinto hers at her birthday party. I think the recession is taking its toll on Great American Cookies and they are trying to savemoney on dough while charging us the same amount for a cookie cake - and listen, a $30 cookie is already shelling out a lot, yaknow? I may get one more cookie cake just to see if it was a fluke, but if this is how they treat their customers, I'll skip theoverpriced giant cookie and just be sticking to Doozies in the future.
