Their ribeye steak was delicious. Best I've had in a long time. A treat! Waitress was very good. Not too noisy A place. We did... ask do r the music to be turned Ed down, which they did graciously, then checked back to see if it was okay. So nice toexperience suck excellent customer service in a chain restaurant. Fantastic place. Really nice and welcoming Staff, making sure that everything was ok every step of the way. Had na Outlaw Ribeye... with seasoned fries. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. Received also an appetizer - a loaf of bread with some toping.I like how there are calories assigned to in the menu. Definietely coming back on next visit. Read more
This is a 5 star experience. I gave 4 stars because There has to be room for improvement. That being said. We had the stuff... mushrooms and cocktails for Appetizers. Long pour Mango Margaritas (Outstanding) Flo's Filet and Lobster tale wasunbelievable. From Wanda who greeted us at the door to Cameron who served us. Thank you for a great experience. Read more

My husband and I came for dinner. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly with soft lights and both a friendly hostess and server.... Leslie was helpful and kind. She didn?t hover but checked on us and on how we were enjoying our meal a couple of times. TheStrawberry Pecan Salad was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a rib eye steak and said it was cooked perfectly. Tonight wasa great date-night surprise! Read more
Great meal, great service. It was a bit of a wait,but well worth it. I loved the addition of the strawberry(fruit)spinach salad.
The food was not bad and the place had good atmosphere. But. the service was so terrible that is it the first time I have left... a zero tip in a long time. We asked our waiter for some information about allergies, and he did not listen to the question butsimply referred us to their allergen menu that we had already looked up online before we set foot in the place. The allergenmenu does not have the answer to the question, "does the food have any spices such as capsaicin" - a pretty common allergy. Thewaiter basically knew nothing at all about the food they serve. Our waiter eventually took our order, brought one alcoholicbeverage, but then we never saw him again. Someone else brought our food, a 3rd different person checked on us after quite sometime and our meal was done. We asked for a desert with yet another different waitress. Meanwhile, our original waiter wasdoing a bang up job serving a large group of people at another table. I suppose because the tip was expected to be better. Ihope their tip was great enough to exceed the one we were going to leave, usually at least 20%. Oh, and this negativereview. To pay our check, after standing hovering near two servers ( I think maybe one was even the manager ) for severalminutes I finally barged in and asked if we could pay so that we could leave.
