Call me a gourmand, but I love a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars! Add a little Italian cheese bread - the... spices are so yum- and a little cup of buffalo ranch or cheesy jalapeño dip for the crust and so am a happy woman. After ourusual Little Caesars closed, we found this location right downtown. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than I like and I feellike they often run out of sauces but?supply chain issues stink all around! Yesterday, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, along with two orders of barbeque wings. When my order was ready, I... checked my pizza- barely ANY sauce was on the pizza. The workers said they had put extra sauce on the pizza but agreed to make anew pizza for me after I showed them the first pie. A LOT of cursing and horseplay was going on as I waited for my new pizza.When I moved to where the cooks could see me, they quieted down and then asked each other where my new pizza had gone. Neitherone had made it! Meanwhile, my old pizza ended up in a pile of wrong orders on the floor where everyone could see them. Icounted at least fifteen on that pile. I also noticed (in the thirty minutes I waited for my new pie) that an employee wasworking with pizza dough WITH NO GLOVES while using his cellphone! When I finally received my new pie, it was burned andmissing cheese and pepperoni on a few pieces. I told them they would receive a very bad review and here it is! My 8Monthpregnant Wife and three-year-old son had to use the restroom And the employee working there said the restroom which is locatedin the very front of the store and open and unlocked was only for employees and that she could not use that Bathroom. As faras their food quality goes I was delivering an order so I'm not sure if the quality was that great however the Italian cheesebread Box was already soaked in grease pouring out the bottom I can only imagine what it tasted like. This is the second time I have ordered two extra most bestest pizzas and stood (because there are no chairs) and waited for... them; only to get home and see that there isn't even the amount of pepperoni on them that should be on a regular pizza muchless extra which I paid for. So they got their money and I got way less than I paid for. Once was okay, maybe it was amistake.. But twice, no, they are cheating people and getting paid for it. I am so disappointed in Little Ceaser?s. I had to wait ONE hour for 2 pizzas. The cashier kept telling me 5-10 more minutes then... he came back and said they messed up my order and I had to wait longer then when I spoke to the manager on my way out - sheapologized for the wait and said we gave you a free cheese pizza. I honestly should have been refunded for the long wait. Peoplewere in and out and nobody seemed to really care that I waited for so long.
