I ordered 12 cheese Krystal burgers with no onions, when I paid and got the receipt, I noticed that it didn't say no onions,... then I knocked on the window and I ask the young lady if she ordered my burgers with no onions because I was very allergic tothem, she said "oh wait, you allergic?" She shut the window and then came back and ask me to pull up, it would be 15 to 20minutes, witch was fine with me, however, I still think this was a very dangerous situation, had I not ask, God only knowswhat the outcome would be, considering I was on the road! I got the 12 sackful combo. I didn?t put them all in the picture, but they made fresh and service was pretty good. She put lots... of napkins and ketchup. Even salt and pepper. I didn?t even ask for those. That was nice though! Read more
The food was good but I ordered on the app... showed up 20 minutes later. Workers were standing around outside... I pulled up... to the window and they tried to say my order just popped up... so I still had to wait on my food. Read more

I love Krystal and eat there fairly regularly. But, I?m taking a break until they decide to start giving you what you pay for. I... ordered a medium order of fries and my photo would imply they gave me a small order that was only half full. I already pay theincreased prices (not their fault), but don?t add shrinkflation to the mix and cut the portion as well. The next time I visitedI ordered a large fry. It was nearly $3 and they still only filled the box half way. I?ve encountered a couple of really nicestaff there, but I have also experienced some rude staff that would imply that you are inconveniencing them and I wouldn?t daretell them to fill up my fries. It just easier and less trouble to spend my money somewhere else. *Update 5/9/22: I decided togo back and the service was improved and the portion was much improved. This place is great it really hit the spot man. Reminded me of how Harold and Kumar felt when they finally got to white castle... it was pure bliss.
