I'm not one to review but I had the worst experience today. The coffee was watered down, the hot chocolate was watered down, the... double espresso looked like 1 shot and the young girls really didn't seem to care. What a waste of money. I went around thecorner and finally I got some coffee! I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience, as I spoke with two customers who werealso disappointed. Please look into training, and also the quality of products because it was a huge insult and waste of money.I threw it all out. Read more

Staff was very short and not welcoming. Coffee had a funny taste and wasn't with the money. It has a good ambiance and interior.... Just need to work with staffing and it'd be better! Read more

Don?t believe the negative reviews. Came 4 mornings in a row, and I love this place. Sometimes you do have to wait. They are... definitely short staffed, and on top of that, the employees look like they are college kids. Absolutely nothing wrong with anyof that. If anything, they should raise their prices a little and offer a higher wage to be able to hire more college kids. Thecoffee is very good, the food is good. They have a good thing going. Everyone who served me this week did a tremendous job. Iwish I lived closer, I would be a regular. Read more

In a world of Starbucks it's nice to be an Inman Perk Coffee. The Cafe is in downtown Gainesville and has been around a while.... Very cozy and the Baristas are knowledgeable and accommodating. I've asked for some fairly odd accommodations when I'm on a dietand they can always find something that works and the people are always helpful. The staff is always friendly and for us remoteworkers the Cafe has many outlets for getting work done however I wish there were more tables because I have gone in and leftdue to table availability in the past. This is a great place with great coffee and great people! Every time I've been in here I've had a good experience. The staff is... friendly and the drinks are yummy! Yes, sometimes there is a little wait, just like anywhere else you go, but the staff workshard and tries to get out orders as quickly as they can. Their coffee always tastes great, and anyone who has left negativereviews about the taste must only know what Starbucks tastes like. Real coffee is different and real coffee drinkers know this.I wish I worked closer so I could come here more often, but it's definitely one of my favorite places in Gainesville! ThanksInman Perk staff for all you do! Read more

The coffee is salty, first time ever that I had a coffee like this. I couldn?t drink it, and I am a coffee lover. I tried the... espresso shots, then a pumpkin spice latte. The breakfast burrito was almost almost, inedible. A green tortilla that tastedreally weird , so I opened it and I tried to only eat the eggs and sausage inside and then threw away the tortilla. The eggsandwich didn?t taste like anything, in other words I can?t recommend it. Read more

Workers are decently nice. Lattes and mochas are good. Ice cream is great. Good atmosphere. Giving 3 starts because their black... coffee is absolutely awful (at least their medium roast). Extremely bitter to the point I couldn?t even drink it. If you?re acoffee shop, I?d focus a little bit more on the coffee. Read more

I didn?t get a chance to stay inside and enjoy the wonderful warmth away from the storm that was going on outside, but it was a... super wonderful coffee shop that had great staff who could answer any questions I had. I was going south back towards home andwanted to try a local coffee shop so I drove about 10 minutes off the highway to get to the shop. The prices were not that bad.I ordered the Mexican spiced mocha, and the caramel Frappuccino. They were both super delicious and helped me get through therest of my ride home. I unfortunately won?t visit this location unless I happen to be going north again, but I will more thanlikely check out the ATL spot just because I live closer to that. The town is going through some construction on some of theroads while I?m currently typing this, but it?s nothing too disruptive. Read more
