4 stars for an IHOP. Although our server seemed to be a deer in headlights, the experience wasn't bad. There was a decent wait... time. Plenty of tables were available but not cleaned yet. I'd assume short staffing may have caused the delay, but tables werestill being moved in fairly quick. Salad was not fresh. Had to get a new one and still wasn?t fresh ?very slimy?. Diner was somewhat enjoyable except the part... where I had barely any Turkey on my plate as a portion size. Service has gone down hill here. We ordered our drinks, and when they came, we asked for straws. With 2 young kids, they needed... straws for their drinks, and it took 20 minutes to get them. My wife had to go find a waitress to get the straws and silverware. When our food came, they screwed up one order and when asked about it, stated that is not what we ordered. I ordered thesmokehouse combo, which comes with pancakes, and when asked where my pancakes were, was told it didn?t come with that. Overall,it was a horrible experience as we should have gone to Waffle House instead. Read more
I enjoy coming to this IHOP location generally speaking. The service is typically good and the food is fast, and accurate. I... have had to double check a few charges here and there so make sure you check your bill before paying and make sure everything iscorrect. Other than that the place is clean. Read more
The lady there was good up until we ordered, she started talking to someone on speaker on her phone after she brought out our... appetizer. Even had a lady waiting to be seated, but no one to help other than the lady on her phone. You would assume theywould have rules that you shouldn?t be on your phone until break or something. She could have at least brought my food out andstill be talking on speaker, I could care less if you?re talking on the phone. I know it?s hard to find workers, but come onihop... Read more
Server was great, food was well cooked and prepared well. The atmosphere could be better, a little too dark in most places.... Tables looked dirty even though I did see tables being cleaned after another customer left. Read more
This has been an amazing experience! There was a small wait, but it was well worth it! To start Jessica our server knows how to... serve! She was super courteous, professional and genuine with her smile and service- Her patience with such a busy restaurant iswhat 5 star customer service is. So many businesses have failed at keeping customer care #1, and honor should be given whereit?s due! I honor the service of the cooks because they delivered the meal cooked perfectly! Everything I asked for wasexceptional, down to the cup of melted butter- A good service generates repeat customers and refreshing recommendations! I tookthe time to do this review because someone took the time to ensure QA was A1?? Thank you ???? The co- server was great as well!Energetic and polite! PS. Too long of a wait and too long of a line. They said 30 minutes for my group of 7 but people were waiting inside and outside to... eat and with five hungry kids the odds were really stacked against them.
