The Hop On A Cure Burger special melted in my mouth! Plus knowing the extra few bucks I spent helped Hops donate 100% of the... purchase not the profit to ALS!! These guys care about more than making a total profit. Bravo!! Read more

Looking for a place to eat, saw the reviews for Hops. Went out of our way to go there. The restaurant hours (posted by the... restaurant) showed it was open for business. We were very disappointed when they were closed. Looking thru the window we thoughtmaybe the restaurant had gone out of business. My review said "Looks like it closed". The restaurant is responsible to updatetheir hours if they change. Instead they blamed Google (how would google know). Then called me a clown. Enjoy the one star I amcontinuing to give you. You are responsible for it. Do better. Read more

Hands down the best sandwich and fries I?ve had maybe ever. I had the Cuban and it was absolutely ridiculous! The fries were... cooked to perfection and the potatoes were sourced locally and cut in house. I had it around noon and haven?t stopped thinkingabout it all day? the Bahn Mi is definitely next on the list?I have already told everyone I know about this hidden gem. Read more

The location is a little odd, but the burgers are great! The meat is tender and juicy, and was very enjoyable to finish.

Personable staff, delicious food. The BEST bread ever. Just no comparison. These are gourmet sandwiches - try one, you will not... be disappointed! Some awesome co-workers brought me to this hidden gem for my birthday lunch and I will be forever grateful! Ihad their toasted BLT and the bread was the perfect combination of crunchy and soft, and SUCH flavor! The bacon - which theymake in-house! - was the perfect texture and flavor and it was no ordinary tomato, no, they put a FRIED GREEN TOMATO on there.Y'all...incredible taste and perfect texture too. I had a side of sweet potato fries with my order. They add just a touch ofcayenne to give them a great sweet/spicy combo. I ate them with some yummy ranch. The banh mi my coworker had was enormous andlooked so good - she told me to try that next time. And oh, there will be a next time. I think this little place tucked awaybehind INK and Brenau's Featherbone Communiversity is seriously one of the best kept secrets in Gainesville! Read more

This place is a hidden gem. I would have never known it was here if it wasn't for my mom telling me about it and I'm glad she... did. The Italian sandwich I got was generously portioned and melt in your mouth tasty. The fries were fresh and tasty as well.Prices were reasonable and the staff was nice. Do your self a favor if you are in the area and check out this unassuming littlespot, you won't regret it. Read more
