Very poor customer service both the cook and lady working in the front are verydisrespectful and uncourteous i feel like they... both need to go through training on customer service again. Went into eat GF (gluten free), as it?s one of few fast food options for those with Celiac, and asked if the Kosher dog was GF,... and was told by the manager we don?t do GF here at all- very rudely. They have lettuce wraps, burgers in a bowl and there friesare all GF. In fact, the majority of their menu is GF, except their buns. They just take precautions when preparing your food(change gloves, etc.). Truthfully, this restaurant has good ratings on Celiac friendly apps, but don?t eat at this specificlocation if you have a food allergy folks. Rude service and little knowledge about gluten. Neither the burger nor the fries I ordered had any spice or sauce on them, so they tasted horrible. Two burgers and a small dry... cost over $31. I'm never eating here again, and you shouldn't either. Read more

Me and my daughter came in, the cashier greeted us promptly and asked about the order, and she suggested us to share the fries... because they were a lot of fries enough for two people, and she was right, I appreciated that. We asked for shakes, a vanillaand a bacon. The vanilla was good -it was vanilla- but the bacon was super disappointing, it tasted like vanilla with chunks ofcooked bacon at the bottom. I was expecting a blended bacon shake that tasted like bacon :( well? I guess not here. We got thefood correctly and in a timely manner, the only problem was the lack of salt in the meat?. yuck! Thank goodness for the littleenvelopes of salt available for you there. Also, the Mayonnaise tasted terrible guys! Really? My favorite condiment MAYO and ittasted like old rotten Mayo ? I?m talking about the ones available at the condiments stand Ok ???? to top all of this off, themusic?? OMG so loud! All I wanted was to wrap up my burger and leave ? but OK we were super hungry so we stayed. We don?t mind?ambience? music, but it was too extremely loud and I?m not joking here. The food was pretty good, the young servers bagging the food were all super sweet. The prices however, will definitely break the... bank! This was the most expensive burger joint I've ever been to. I've gotten the same quality burgers and better ones for muchless elsewhere. Read more
