We Just got a bucket of fried chicken from this churches and I?m really searching for some good points to note on because I... really hate to leave a bad review. The drive-through was extremely fast ? which was a nice point. unfortunately the chicken wereceived was not what either of us have come to expect from past experience with churches. I?ve had quite good experiences withthem in the past, but on this particular day, they have definitely dropped the ball. The chicken breading was extremely dry andtough as was the chicken inside. The meat had separated from the breading and appeared to have been sitting under a heat lampfor quite sometime. I must say I appreciate the good deal that was charged, but I would rather have had good chicken and I can?tsay that that happened today. Even though it was really bad, I won?t say that I will not try them again, but if there were to bea repeat, I would have to say I will have to find another place to get fried chicken. Awesome location, clean with great customer service! I was excited to hear theyvstill have chicken liver! They cooked me a box... fresh! The wait wasn't bad and all had a smile. I also grabbed a box of chicken and 2 sides for later. All was amazing! Ihaven't ate at a Churches Chicken since I was in Marietta, GA 20 years ago! So happy to find they have not changed, still greattaste! Thank you staff, I'll definitely be back to the location! Read more

Been waiting for a 12 pc family pack for 30 mins plus! I asked to get mix chicken spicy and original and they told me they... weren?t doing spicy right now only original. I?m a paying customer you should be able to make spicy chicken if it?s available.On top of that all the employees are out side the stores! LIKE WHO IS WATCH THE CHICKEN, MAKING SURE IT DOESNT BURN. My family and I ordered a family for 8 this evening. As I ordered I was informed, in extremely rude manner, that the location... that I was at did not serve biscuits and the family meal nor does it come with the 2 one half gallon gallon drinks as advertisedALL OVER THE BUILDING!!! My husband had raved about how wonderful the food was from here when he had it previously, but thistime we both agreed that it was a waste of $50. The chicken was extremely bland and so greasy that if it had been near an openflame it would have burned for days. The same with the fries. The corn on the cob was just mush on the cob. The only half waydecent thing was the mashed potatoes. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to get online and post a bad reviewconcerning anything, it was that bad. I mean how are you supposed to split 2 ears of corn between 8 people? The math does notwork out. I had to purchase extra sides, because apparently when you order for a family of 8 meal, you only mean 2 and you ripoff the consumer. Have you ever heard the phrase that for every happy customer you gain only one more, but for every unhappycustomer you lose ten? Well, I'm not happy. Typical store. You know, bad manners, service, memory etc. Had to wait for them to bring my livers. After 10 minutes, I went in... to ask about them. The livers we're on the counter already boxed. She just said here you go. And laid them at the counter. I wasgoing to ask for my biscuits that come with the family meal, but you could tell she didn't have the capacity to multi task. So Ididn't mention that I had not got them. I done without. The food was hot and good though. Read more
