Edit: I gave them another shot recently and they made my food without pickles & lettuce! So I'm raising my rating up to 3 stars.... If they can continue this trend, I will continue to raise my rating. I love the food here, but I always ask for no pickles &lettuce with my side scoop, but they always give it to me anyway. I have complained numerous times, and have been contacted bythe district manager, but for some reason the kitchen crew just flat out refuses to read the notes portion of the ticket thatthe cashier types in. Today I brought it to the manager's attention. She gave it back to the kitchen & all they did was take thelettuce & pickle out of my box. I still have pickle juice rolling around in my box & getting soaked into my bread. Apparentlymost people like that, but I do not, and now I have to eat a sandwich that is not appealing to me. So if you have any foodallergies or any specific foods that you just don't want in your container, be aware that you will probably get them whether youwant them or not. This is my second time eating here I always eat at the one in Athens. I?ve been disappointed both times. The first time the... croissant was hard I couldn?t eat the sandwich. This time I ordered through DoorDash the trio I ordered a sandwich, extra scoopand soup. I didn?t receive my extra scoop the sandwich was flavorless and I?m pretty sure I should have had more than one grapeand one apple in my Fancy Nancy. I tried calling but the number isn?t working. My whole family loves chicken salad chick. However, on the night of 11/10, the girl working the drive thru was not friendly, did... not greet us, and just didn?t look very thrilled to be there. That?s the reason for the 4 stars. Everything else was 5 star. Read more
I used to love Chicken Salad Chick, but our scoops were small and unimpressive this time and they did away with the chicken and... dumplings soup. The staff was okay here, but the wait was a little long for what it is. Read more
