The waitress was very nice. I ordered the Number 8 special Tyler Reddick's tossed in the hot honey. I thought the chicken tender... size but are much bigger and very spicy! They also offered a buffalo sauce or classic. The ranch sauce I got on the side helpedto cool it down. I also substituted a loaded baked potato for the coleslaw. It is a big plate of food. Read more

Been several years since I've eaten here and let me say, it was way better than I remember. The gave us croissants with melted... butter when we got seated at our table. Also I got the wisconsin cheddar bites and the Buffalo chicken wrapper and both wasDELICIOUS and my friend got the smokehouse burger, she said it was really good.... I came here during lunch time with my family and everything we tried was great. This place is a modern American restaurant with... southern favorites and true to it?s name, everything we tasted from the sides to the croissants tasted like it was made fromscratch. We had delightful service and I could see this being a great place for a casual date or dining experience. All in all,I would totally come here again and I recommend it for those who want to try a fresh, hot southern meal. Read more

HIT-OR-MISS... My wife and I met here as wait staff almost 10 years ago. We like to come every once in a while fir nostalgia. I... brought my family and guest in a few weekends ago and it was fantastic. Then we came twice more in the last week and it's beenpathetic both times. So it's very hit or miss. I ordered a pain killer, bacon cheeseburger with fries and broccoli casserole. Mywife ordered a burger as well. My pain killer never showed up (went to bathroom and out to vape and my drink was still sittingat the bar both occasions. I asked the bar tender if it was my drink and he confirmed (did not offer to have drink sent totable). The restaurant was absolutely not busy and mostly empty on a Thursday eve. Our burgers and fries came out horrible.Burger was old and grayish colored mostly black burnt bacon. Fries were half cooked and half raw like they put 20lb of fries infryer at once. My wife's red bean casserole was like licking a salt block. I never saw the presence of a manager at all. Thefirst time we came a female manager came by table to check on us, not the next the visits. This place needs a good deepcleaning, The walls are coated in splattered food and the tables are permanently sticky and makes you feel yucky. There are someunsavory characters working as servers. I almost came home and applied for a manager position here just so I can clean house...get this place straightened out and stop wasting people's hard earned money. And earn Gainesvilles trust back. Casual dining. Consistent great food. My favorite is the chicken fingers. Had ribeye last night and it was very good with... steamed broccoli. No big deal but states diet Dr Pepper on the menu, no go. Only Coke Zero. Wait staff is Courteous. Facility isclean. If your looking for comfort food steak and gravy, note ask for the Texas toast on the side, if not they put it under thesteak and it?s soggy. Read more

First off: Brandon you did an awesome job. You get the 5 stars! It was Wednesday at around 1pm 01/12/2022.:no one greeted us at... door. You were all by yourself at that time, you were both bartending and serving food to restaurant area. You did an amazingjob. The restaurant and seating area was clean. Food was great.
