Arrived at checkers to pick up a mobile order I placed. I waited in the drive-thru line after telling them my name at the... speaker for 20 minutes to get to the window and they tell me they don?t have my order. They asked if I could pull around to seeif it would come in, but it had already been 20 minutes so it was not going to show up if it didn?t already. I showed theMANAGER my order details on my phone, order number, items ordered, everything. If my order couldn?t be made, or it didn?t showup, that?s fine, but I wanted a refund for the $12 I paid and was now unable to get dinner to eat. I either wanted my order, ora refund, which doesn?t seem unreasonable considering I did pay and waited for 20 minutes (30 counting the time the order wasplaced before I drove to checkers.) The manager said that they just don?t do refunds at all, which doesn?t make any sensebecause what if somebody?s food is cold or has a hair in it? They don?t get their money back? I was going to wait in the drivethru until I got a resolution, and the manager was not willing to offer one. He started yelling at me to get out of his drivethru, even though I paid $12 to not get anything! I then again calmly said that I did pay for my order and it is checkers faultthat it did not show up in their system and that I either want my food or a refund, because that?s what I am entitled to as apaying customer! The manager continued yelling, and then stated he was going to call the police on me rather than try to come upwith a solution. This is only two minutes after arriving at the window. The manager treated me with the most disrespect I?veever been treated with in my life, from anybody. They do not deserve to work in customer service. Read more

This is the worst Checkers in the Universe. I have been here twice and each time the experience has been awful. The host, Tasha... had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a refund because my order was not correct and the manager told me that I couldn't get arefund because I used my debit card so he made me another sandwich and it was still wrong. I paid for bacon that I did not get.I didn't go back because they would have gotten it wrong a third time. It seems like no one in that place can comprehend. Pleasesee the attached receipt. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I went earlier today 4:30ish saw all the customers outside so I given them a chance to get all ready... inside. Took SO long to take my order, messed up given me a small when I payed an upgrade on my meal. SOOOO much mayo one pickleafter I said lighttt mayo. I downloaded and used the Checkers app! OMGoodness beyond awesome! Service over the top! So helpful, friendly and went the extra... mile as I got an extra pie just because I had to wait a bit. But as their apple pies were not on the app menu and I asked once Igot there so waited for fresh ones & got an extra. THE ONLY PLACE that still has fried apple pies coated in cinnamon sugar! YESPLZ AND TY! This place has been here for many years and STILL totally so good! Great fast food at THE most awesome prices! Thislocation & employees ROCK!!! Read more
Honestly disappointed with the food I was given. The buger was burnt to a crisp. The veggies were old. The service was not the... best or even close to good and being the only one in the drive thru probably the first customer today. I honestly would not goback. Read more
