New manager was super nice. Very friendly and helped us order. Food was hot. Service was normal for waiting time to bring food... out. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and the drink/condiment area needed some TLC but overall very good place! Read more
Who in the Heck wants to eat warmed up fish?? Fish was dry and tough. We placed our order and it was ready with in 2... minutes.Spent 27 dollars of my hard earned money on food that was Good. Staff was very friendly and nice. Food was really good. I got the lemon pepper grilled whitefish meal (and for once a place... actually cooked it good best I've had) usually other captain ds barely cook it and I'm like is it even cooked all the way. it isfish you need to cook it good. So they did awesome! Woot woot glad we have a good captain ds around here. Seen 1 post abouttakes a bit in drive thru which did not bother me probably means they are cooking to order like they should with seafood. So Iwill gladly wait for fresh cooked hot food! Read more
3rd time eating in this Capitan D's in the last 2 weeks and probably my last. All 3 times the restaurant was dirty. Drink/sauce... area, floor and tables. Last week the trash was so full you had to leave it on the tray, while a manager, it appeared wassettingand talking. They were out of tea, the guy said "it's brewing". Out of lids, sauce cups and had to wait for a fork. Thistime, 5 pm on a Thursday, I'm the only one in the restaurant, 4 people standing behind the counter and the drink/sauce areadirty, spilled coke or tea all over the floor. This place takes the longest to make orders. There is no reason people should be waiting in a drive thru line for 20 + minutes.... It?s ridiculous actually. The workers are nice but other than that, don?t bother going. Read more
