Took forever to order, but cashier was cordial and food came out quick. Just feels sticky in there.
Menue was broken, was yelled at by drive through lady and rushed through, was not offered any sort of menue to look at and was... overcharged for my food and got my order wrong and refused to fix it. Read more
Went through the drive at 3pm, ordered a double whopper with cheese, a whopper with cheese and a large fry. When I pulled up to... the window she tried to hand me a drink, I told her I didn't order a drink and she said oh excuse me, She then handed me a verysmall bag and again, I let her know that bag was too small to be my order, Then she handed me a medium sized bag that was soakedin grease, It was so nasty I didn't check the order because I was already disgusted! Needless to say when I got home, I lost myappetite. Not only was there NO DOUBLE WHOOPER OR CHEESE WHOOPER, there was only a hamburger and a double hamburger withcheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no pickle, just dry pattie and slice of onion! I will NEVER patronize this facility again andwill spread the word to friends, family and associates. So it's 9:35pm the store doesn't close until 10pm..I pulled in to the drive through light in in the building and outside. I sat... for 15 min waiting I finally got upset no one was answering me I aslo had a 5 yr old with me and a mother.i drive to the drivethrough and the young girl at the window with an attitude said we're closed everything is already cleaned and when I explainedthat the business hours say they close at 10 and not 9:30 when they have employees smoking and joking outside and one insidesitting. She stared yelling it's not her fault when I explained that I could understand if they were short handed but theyweren't and that just because it's a slow night doesn't give you the right to just close a business down because your to lazy tofinish a shift.im not happy at all with this place. This is the second time the same thing has happened get to drive thru just for them to say we not open first time was at 8:30 pm... and tonight again same thing And this time was at 9:10 pm im a general manager at a restaurant and that would never happen at mystore What kind of restaurant you running just to let you know very un professionals never again. I?m a frequent flyer at this Burger King. To be honest I don?t believe they listen. Over the last month , going there 3-4 times... a week in the evening. They?ve gotten our order wrong and quite a few times we didn?t receive what we paid for. My wife and Iwent thru Monday evening and the Hispanic tatted up manger, was not friendly, didn?t give us a complete order and what we didget was wrong. She seemed more interested in the black gentleman in there , than making sure our order was correct. I?m just notgoing back anymore Read more
