Drive thru was closed and had to go inside. Employees were looking at me like I had a third eye. Not very friendly at all and... looked like a vagrant hanging out by the soda machines. Burgers were thrown together and fries were COLD. I'll go to a differentlocation in town for now on. Read more

Love me some broiled burgers! I generally stop here when I'm away from home all day and didn't think to pack any food. (That... happens about once a month, so I wouldn't refer to myself as a "regular" patron, fyi). I haven't had any issues with thedrive-thru, except that my motorcycle won't trip the detector sometimes(not their fault). I've parked and ordered inside morelately. Service is usually pretty quick. The burgers and fries I get are delicious. I don't usually make it out this way aroundbreakfast, so I don't have any input for their breakfast menu. Bottom line, if you're hungry and in the area, this is a reliableplace to get a heavy, filling meal. Read more
While dining in my sister who is a person with autism spilled her soda. The manager came over with an attitude and took her cup... and wiped down the booth while we were still eating as well as send an employee to mop, all during our meal. I apologized to themanager for the mess and he ignored me. He also didn't replace my sister's cup that he took away. Read more

Best burger king i think ive ever been to. Cant even count how many times i have walked in to get food too go over the years.... Finally remembered to leave a review. Very very few times there's been even the slightest issue. I've heard breakfast hours isnot so great,but idk. Read more
Went through the drive-thru to order 4 bacon egg and cheese croissan'wich. When I got home and looked at all of the sandwiches... the bacon was burnt black or close to Black nothing like the ad pictures. The French toast sticks we're broken and Soggy. When Ishowed the manager on duty the sandwiches his reply was "what's wrong with them do you want them like this?" (Referring to the 1sandwich that almost looked edible.) I responded "well I didn't want them burnt order near burnt dark brown as you can see thecolor of them." He did offer to remake the sandwiches but I told him I did not want any. I just wanted and refund because Ididn't trust their quality of product. I can promise you that I will eat at this Pacheco Burger King in Gainesville anymore thisis not my first bad experience with their quality of their product. Read more
I stopped by before going to my dad's. There was a little line when I came in but I was able to use my Burger King app and... place my food. I got my food quickly. I will be back. Thanks again Burger King. Read more
