My server was amazing, she was so nice and helpful. But I gotta say, the boneless wings, even with the Buy one get one free,... wasn't worth it. Literally mostly overcooked hard batter, micro amount of chicken. It's sad that a place that promotes wings,chicken etc, could become so complacent with the quality of their food...or is it, us as customers have gotten complacent aboutfood in general. They had lots of empty tables with lots of people waiting long waits. A large banner hung outside just above the main entrance... that they were hiring. When we first arrived we told the host the number in our party AND that we needed one highchair, shereplied no problem and it would be 30 to 45 minutes wait time. When they notified us that our table was ready she took us to abooth, we reminded her we needed a highchair and she told us we couldn?t have a highchair at the booth for safety reasons. Shethen moved us to a table that seats 4 for a party of 5. EVERYTHING after that was downhill, service was very slow, a mix up onthe order when it was delivered, and the mac and cheese for the kids was just mac with no cheese and cold. We haven?t been tothis restaurant in at least a year or more for the same problems, this location is either poorly managed or has poor ownership.They received 2 stars because the chicken was good otherwise it would be a 1 star review. We came in between baseball games and requested to be seated with or near our team. They had 3 people at their table and 6... seats. They refused to seat us with or near them. They could have pulled up 1 chair to accommodate us (party of 4) or put us ata small table near them but they were more concerned about spreading out business for their waiters than accommodating theircustomers. They weren't busy and when we left, we were the only 2 tables with customers in the restaurant only we were seatedacross the restaurant from each other. The waitress who served us was very friendly and efficient and the food was very good.That is why I'm giving 2 stars. Our server was perfect! Only giving a 1 star because I didn?t have a 0 star option. We have always over several years had very good loved eating at... Buffalo Wild Wings in Gainesville Ga. We have never got bad food or service until today. My husband and I went and waited 30-40minutes for a table for 2 and they had many tables open. After ordering we waited another 30-40 min. for our food which wouldhave been ok had we received HOT food, but we didn?t the ff were cold as well as the chicken wings. The only hot item wereceived was my husband beer he ordered. When we brought it to the waitresses attention she felt of the bottom of the metalplate that the wings were on and admitted it was cold as ice and just said I?m sorry. We are not ones to go around looking forfree food or writes bad reviews on restaurants but this one had to be written because after we paid a 50.00 bill I seen themanager at the register on the way out and told him and he was like oh well I will see if I can find out what happen?. Today I had troy, he was incredible! Me and my girlfriend stopped around 5 to eat dinner. He was the only sever on the floor,... yet got our orders, refills, and food out in a very timely fashion, and constantly stopped by to check in, was an incrediblesever. About a month ago we had Miriam. Despite being obviously pregnant and very far along as well she was incredible. She wassuper nice, got our orders, refills and food out in a timely fashion, and once again, was the only server on the floor. Both ofthese servers were incredible, and I will be requesting them everytime. They both deserve raises, and appraisal for theirattitude, and customer service abilities! Thank you! Read more
The food was great, although the lady who was attending us was giving us attitude and just not being nice like the other... workers. Her name was Ansley, and our silverware wasn't washed properly so we ate with our hands, whenever we brought it up toher if she can do anything about the silverware she acted surprised and did nothing about it, it's understandable if the managersaid nothing but she didn't let us know anything, she said, "ill do something about it" and didn't do anything about it. Whichis just disappointing and sad because the silverware still had sauce from the previous person who ate and it just wasn't washedproperly, like I am not putting that in my mouth. Read more
I had the Bacon Hatch smash burger with fries. The burger was good but I could have gotten less greese eating at waffle house. ... for an appetizers I had nachos, with a side of the Hatch queso, they where ok. I hadn't planned on ordering the burger but theywhere out of every southwestern dish on the menu. Seems they ran out of pepper jack cheese. For drinks I had the mountain cottoncandy ipa beer from North Carolina, very tasty. I also had a screwball peanut butter shot, also very tasty. The wait staffseemed very clueless and inattentive. Food took an hour to come out. The appetizers were undercooked. Half of the meals were incorrectly made. The chips were stale.... No one was able to eat their meal entirely or even eat it at all due to it being gross. The only thing that was correct was thecelery. We would?ve asked the waiter for new food or at least some ranch, but she barely attended to us. As we were leaving,our waitress gave us the middle finger.
