Only bojangles like this. Every time I go they forget something from my order. I went last Saturday and there were cars in the... parking lot but when I went to order at the drive through line no one would speak or say anything I waited their for fiveminutes with not one word being said to me!!! You need to fix your STAFF NOW! I?m now adding onto this I tried one more time andthey told me they were out of chicken tenders, Cajun chicken, and then said they don?t got any tea. I waited for 15 minutes when there was no line in front of me, and it was 2 hours before closing time. The lady at the window... had a horrible attitude when she was ringing me up. Awful wait, took forever to take my order. Would not recommend as ?fast?food. Read more
I. Love their Cajun filet biscuit and their tater rounds. But the service at this location sucks. A few times I've come by for... breakfast during breakfast hours and they'd be closed. Super rude staff. Sometimes they?re open for dine in and the same day different week they close the dine in just because. I own... a business around the corner from them and every time I?ve used their drive through the staff gets very rude, it almost soundslike these people working there hate their job and they make sure to let you now it every time. Can I give ZERO stars? After taking a few minutes to answer the drive thru mic, the young woman was laughing her way through... asking what I wanted to order. When I ordered a Mac and cheese kids meal, she said ?is that all? without asking what my side anddrink choices were. When I asked for fries as my side, she asked me ?if I had been to a bojangles before and ordered a kids Macand cheese? And did I know they even had that?? When I said ?it?s on the menu out here? she said ?does it say a number, NO? in avery rude and condescending voice. At that point I pulled away from the restaurant, and I will not be returning. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and it was basically just gravy with large chunks of sausage in it. Inedible. 0 napkins were... given to me as well. I guess they use pork in majority of their sides. Menu doesn?t state rice,mashed potatoes and gravy comewith pork.I would stay away from Bojangles if you don?t eat pork and this location in general.
