I have gone here twice so far. The food is okay, but kind of small portions for the high prices. Limited selection of food, but... I guess the beer is the main event. A pretzel should not be $10. The beer selection is pretty good though. It changed somewhatbetween my two visits, which were 1.5 months apart, and I like that; it makes it more interesting, but also makes you want to gooften to try beers before they disappear. My biggest complaint is the service and seating availability. Both visits wereidentical, surprisingly. There was only one waitress for a full restaurant at standard dinner times on weeknights. She seemedconstantly rushed, and food/beers took a very long time, appetizers finally arrived near the end of the meal! This ismanagement's fault with staffing. There were multiple tables that still had dishes from former customers, so it was hard to findseating. The worst part is that they still were not cleaned BY TIME WE LEFT! My back was sore one of those visits, so I reallywanted to be able to sit back, but could only sit on a stool at a high table. The booth next to us still had dishes, but someincoming customers had to sit there, since there were no other options. There is an empty section (probably for reservations),so I am not sure why that was not used. This is also management's fault, and maybe whoever formatted the building's seating.Needing to seat yourself likely contributes to uncleaned tables, since there are no busboys telling a hostess which tables areavailable. These are easy fixes that would greatly improve the experience, which is a big part of going to World of Beer. Read more
HAD ME THINKING OF THEIR AMAZING FOOD FOR DAYS! food: 5/5 service 5/5 This restaurant provides fair prices for amazing food... (other than the wings which imo are overpriced). The atmosphere of this restaurant providing twists and high expectations onAmerican favorites is like no other. It is a MUST visit when in Gainesville. -The beer cheese nachos are my personal favorite,with a great price of $10 for food for multiple guests. -The flatbreads are cooked perfectly with a calculated combination ofingredients for dreams of this food -One person in my party also tried various beers, where they were pleasantly surprised bythe original flavors and diversity in the beers. I recommend all of these in the restaurant and good luck to finding anydistasteful food! Read more
I know nowadays you have to be patient in restaurants. We had poor service as usual. Tonight the mustard bottle was crusty and... the silverware was dirty clearly. Unfortunately we will not be going back to this location again and we'll try the World of Beerin the town of Tioga. Read more
Loved it!! The beer cheese on the nachos was very tasty. Flat bread was as authentic as it gets and the burger was amazing. You... could taste the charred beef but still medium rare. Best food I?ve had in a while. And the descriptions of the beers make youwant to taste all of them. Read more
Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich to go with tater tots. They included?. 6 tater tots. And that wouldn?t be the worst part. I... cut my mouth open on a massive piece of wood in the sandwich? Not in it to hold it together, but laying in between thebun/patty/tomato/lettuce. Bit into the sandwich and it stabbed me? What the hell. Also, they forgot my ranch which just made itmore sad. 4.5 (and rounding up). Good food that?s great for sharing. I felt like the cocktails are a bit on the weaker side. The person... helping us was nice but I feel like the place was short staffed so she didn?t see us very often. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Read more

This place is pretty cool and laid back. The music is not loud and you can comfortably talk to your friends or partner with out... yelling. Lol It's called world of beers for a reason. There's so many to choose from. I snacked on their loaded taters. It's agreat combination with a cold beer. Experience - Great and prompt service. Good was fresh and hot it is as exactly what Iwanted. Now I did get s cup of chili to put on top and that was the icing on the cake. Read more
