Employees handle food after they handle trash. They also pick up trash off the floor without washing their hands. They also... can't follow directions on orders. They're also required to wear masks but needless to say they don't know how to wear themcorrectly not one of their employees had the mask above the nose. I only gave 1 star for the people who were good to me. I had a few mishaps with my food of course. My biggest problem is their... attitudes, they professionalism. They have rude facial expressions. Some people actually have smart comments back when youhavent even done anything wrong. It's just dirty near their. They need to shut down for a day and clean everything. Ordered a mobile order, there was a system glitch I still paid, went to the cash register to ask about it. Girl at the register... essentially called me stupid and said just talk to the manager because I don?t want to deal with you. The manager said I wouldget a refund (didn?t explain how) at some point but I don?t have a receipt or anything. Called customer service was on hold for20 min then they disconnected. Read more
