Stop at this store because in area and wanted to see if Wawa was similar to QT that I heard from people in South, was very... disappointed not only was parking lot filthy as I entered but whole time in there wasn't greeted once, only 1 checkout area butdid see self checkout, e everyone in there looked like they didn't want to be there. I asked girl at checkout if they hadlottery with my surprise her reply was we don't have lottery not I'm sorry sir we don't do lottery. No where Similar to QTthey are head and shoulders better. I have too admit in the past I've been thinking that the service should be faster when picking up deliveries due to the fact of... the extra revenue we drivers can and do help the store generate &I have canceled orders;but something has definitely changed thebest experience in a wawa to date. I have been a regular here since it opened. Like 3 days a week before work. It's not the same great stop it once was. This... business underperforms in every way. The only thing you can count on is the high pressure washing of the building and concrete. I'm there about 530 to 6 am and no ready to grab foods. There is a photo of sizzli items never actually available. Typicallythere is nothing. Coffee urns are regularly empty at a time you would expect full ones. It's gotten so pathetic I took mybusiness to Circle K. They always have there items available. Read more
So I heard about the selection of food so I had to try something. I got a quesadilla with roasted veggies and pull pork. It?s ok... for gas station food. Need more seasoning or something. Nice and clean . I ordered food from their café and a drink. The food came out very quickly and so did my drink. I think the... cashier should be a little more interactive with the customers being that pretty much the only person that you interact with thewhole time that you?re in there except for picking up your orders. Got one of their salads which I love and it took a bit longer than expected but the person making it put a good bit of chicken... on it and it looks delicious. Then offered a free pasty for the wait...which wasn't that long of a wait. Great service if youask me. Read more
***RUDE and RACIST STAFF WARNING*** I ordered a sandwich here tonight. The white male staff called my name when the order was... ready. Then he rudely stared at me and said, "Your name is hard to pronounce." I didn't say anything to him because I didn'twant to keep the conversation going, but he then loudly emphasized twice, "IT IS A REALLY HARD ONE." He could just call my ordernumber instead of my name, and he actually didn't call the names of the customers before me. Most important of all, no one canjudge my name, which is a gift from my parents. The food here is not awful, but the customer service is definitely horrible, andI would suggest all Asian friends or people having an uncommon name, if you don't want the sandwich man to humiliate you, youwould better not visit here.
