We had a great dinner last night. Awesome service, awesome food. Both the Tom Yum and Tom Kha soups were flavorful, with lots... of complexity. The Pad See Ew was also a standout... Warm, gooey, flavorful-just the right mix. Will be back the next time wevisit Gainesville. The only disappointment was the beer available... First of all, the waiter was great! I remember my hubs and I stopped here a few months ago as we were on out way to Disney but I... had forgotten about it til we stopped again as Google suggested it in our Thai food search?again. As soon as we arrived Iremembered this place as the place with the most awful tasting hot tea ever. They use tap water and as I?m not a local, thetaste is obvious and strong?not drinkable to me. We heard good things, so we came for dinner, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Siam chicken and green papaya salad were ok.... They definitely do not make their curry pastes in house and just use what comes from the can, resulting in a curry that justdoesn't have the same deep flavor profile as If It Is curries. The food was okay I guess. The service was terrible. My food came out 15 minutes before my wife?s food was ready, the gap in... time made dinner uncomfortable and me feeling awkward. I tried to eat as slow as possible but my food got really cold from mewaiting for so long. They never cam back to fill up the drinks witch I really don?t like because I need to drink a lot of waterwith my medication. None of the staff had a friendly attitude and it almost felt like I was imposing on them. My wife's hairdresser recommended this restaurant. The food was very good they asked you how spicy you want it instead of Just... assuming I'm making it to. Our waitress was very friendly. The only downside of this restaurant is trying to figure out theparking lot Being right by the University of Florida , And I'm one of the main roads parking is scarce To get to their smallparking lot you have to go down an alleyway which doesn't even look like a road.But the Food was worth it. Best Thai food that I've found from Orlando to Gainesville so far. Service was fast, staff was friendly and the order was... correct. The atmosphere was just right and restaurant was clean. Plenty of vegan options. Parking behind the building was hardto find. I'd highly recommend. Read more

This is a very good place. I rarely go to a restaurant three times in a row. Today is my third straight days eating here. I... thought to write a review about the pineapple fried rice I ate. Oh ?hulala la la? I love the food so much so that whenever I buyit I eat to *Stupo*( over feeding). They surely can cook here and the food taste great. Beautiful reception and warmenvironment.
