This is a situation where they keep a tight menu, specialize in THAT, and do itRIGHT. First and foremost, the customer service was A-1. From the moment I walked up they gave good energy to go with the goodfood. Questions answered. Laughs served. They passed the vibe check. ?? The sample of chicken I tried sold me on a placing anorder right then! About the food: DELICIOUS. ???? I got the "Mama," 3 quesadillas (chicken & carnitas) with a side of rice andbeans. I tried to add avocado but the avocados they had weren't ripe yet. Did they sell it to me anyway? Nope. I call that"quality control." My quesadillas were cooked & customized to order. The meat was moist and the cheese was hot & cheesy, youknow what I mean? The toppings were fresh and served on the side. The servings were just right & appropriate for the price. My daughter and I bought burritos from TonyDillas at the Vintage Farmers Market last weekend. Our burritos were so good!! We... just moved to Gainesville from California this summer and were told by friends in CA who used to live in FL that the Mexicanfood isn't as good as you can find in CA. Not so with TonyDillas!
